<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The HONOR 50 series is rumored to include three devices, namely HONOR 50, </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/HONOR-50-Pro/"><span style="font-weight: 400">HONOR 50 Pro</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, and</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/HONOR-50-Pro-Plus/"><span style="font-weight: 400"> HONOR 50 Pro+</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">. But some reports say there will not be a Pro+ model. However, the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/04/26/honor-50-pro-plus-leak-snapdragon-888-50mp-quad-camera/"><span style="font-weight: 400">entire specs</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> of this handset have already been exposed by Master Lu, a popular Chinese benchmark platform.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Anyway, talking about the new leak by </span><a href="https://weibo.com/6048569942/KfQLFfHe2"><i><span style="font-weight: 400">Digital Chat Station</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, one of the smartphones in the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/HONOR-50/"><span style="font-weight: 400">HONOR 50</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> series will be powered by an unreleased Qualcomm Snapdragon SM7325 platform. As per him, the chipset will debut first on this lineup. Unfortunately, he did not specifically mention the model that will be housing this SoC.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">For those unaware, this is not the first time we are hearing about SM7325. According to </span><a href="https://twitter.com/rquandt/status/1368901224897126405"><i><span style="font-weight: 400">Roland Quandt</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> (popular leaker), this SoC will be a toned-down version of the upcoming </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/06/alleged-specs-of-the-snapdragon-775-chipset-leaked-showing-a-5nm-build/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">. </span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-372083 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo.jpg?x10805" alt="Honor Logo" width="1027" height="600" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo.jpg 1027w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo-300x175.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo-768x449.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo-1024x598.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo-696x407.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/honor-logo-719x420.jpg 719w" sizes="(max-width: 1027px) 100vw, 1027px" /></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">As per the leakster, this SoC will include a tri-cluster octa-core CPU consisting of a prime core, three performance cores, and four power-efficiency cores clocked at 2.7GHz, 2.4GHz, and 1.8GHz respectively.  This chipset will support up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM but </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Qualcomm/"><span style="font-weight: 400">Qualcomm</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> already has test platforms with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">According to previous reports, two of the HONOR 50 series handsets will bear the model numbers NTH-AN00 and NRA-AN00 respectively. The former will support 66W fast charging, whereas the latter will have </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/05/14/honor-50-series-may-support-up-to-100w-fast-charging/"><span style="font-weight: 400">100W fast charging support</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Lastly, the vanilla HONOR 50 is said to </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/04/21/leak-reveals-honor-50-will-have-a-dimensity-1200-chip-pro-version-will-be-powered-by-snapdragon/"><span style="font-weight: 400">feature</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. On the other hand, the HONOR 50 Pro is tipped to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. But going by the leak, both may come with Qualcomm chipset.</span></p>
