The Tecno Spark 7 Pro smartphone has debuted in India. Priced at Rs 9,999, the smartphone offers a punch-hole screen with a high refresh rate, a gaming-centric chipset, and a 48-megapixel triple camera unit.

The Tecno Spark 7 Pro has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design. The screen delivers a 720 x 1600 pixels HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 268ppi pixel density, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone offers a screen space of 89.5 percent.

The MediaTek Helio G80 chipset powers the smartphone with 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM. The phone offers built-in storage of 64 GB and has a microSD card slot for additional storage.

The Spark 7 has an 8-megapixel front camera with dual flash. The rear camera setup has a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, an AI lens, and a quad-LED flash unit. The handset offers photography features like super night mode, night portrait, AI portrait, video bokeh, and 240fps slow-motion video recording.

In terms of software, the Spark 7 Pro offers an Android 11 OS experience with HiOS 7.5 UI. The handset has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports only 10W charging. The phone comes with usual features like dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 with audio sharing, GPS, USB-C, a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Tecno Spark 7 Pro is priced at Rs 9,999 (~$137) for the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage model and Rs 10,999 (~$151) for the 6 GB RAM + 64 Gb storage variant. The first sale of the phone will be carried at 12 PM on May 28 through Amazon India. Alps Blue, Spruce Green, and Magnetic Black are three color variants of the smartphone.

Some of its major highlights include a big display with support for a high refresh rate, a processor that is optimized for gaming, and a big battery.
