TCL announced that will drop the price of their TD-SCDMA/GSM dual-SIM cell phone, the S960T, from 1499 RMB (241.23 USD) to 1299 RMB in a special sale.

This sale won’t be held at unofficial stores or third-party sites like JD, but in Taobao’s Juhuasuan website. Users can rush to buy them on July 4 at 10 AM. They can also pay in three-month instalments.

The TCL S960T has a lot of features that are regularly used by MTK’s octa-core phones. It uses the 2GHz MT6592 Turbo octa-core processor, and sports a 5-inch 1080p display screen, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 16GB internal memory storage, and a 13mp Sony camera. It has a thickness of 7.9mm and is powered by a 2500mha battery. It also uses the ES9018 audio chip. It also supports a noise-cancelling microphone, a gyroscope, OTG, and WiFi-Display. Its operating system is a Lewa-customized OS.
