Huawei has started licensing its hardware designs to other companies and TD Tech is one of those partners. The second self-branded smartphone from this firm is expected to be Huawei Mate 40E 5G.

The official name of the handset is a mystery, however, we know that it will bear model TDT-MA01. According to 3C certification, the device will support 40W fast charging but the required charger will not be included in the box.

The phone has been also certified by TENAA, which clearly shows that it is a rebadged Huawei Mate 40E 5G. That’s not all, the device has also leaked in a TikTok video.

A screengrab of this video displays the smartphone in white color with TD Tech branding and no Leica text. Instead, the camera ring says ‘Ultra Vision Camera’.

Unfortunately, the launch date of this phone is anyone’s guess at the moment. In fact, TD Tech N8 Pro itself is currently out of stock and it is said to hit the shelves again at the end of December.
