The Tecno Spark 8P has launched in India today as scheduled. The new smartphone from the brand for the country is actually almost 9 months old. It was initially announced in October 2021. Let’s look at its features along with its pricing and availability in the new market.

Tecno Spark 8P Specifications

The Tecno Spark 8P features a plastic build like most budget smartphones. It is built around a 6.6-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels (FHD+) and a dewdrop notch.

The device is powered by a Mediatek Helio G85 SoC. It boots HiOS 7.6 based on Android 11.

The phone houses a triple camera system on the rear consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and an AI lens. On the front, it sports an 8MP snapper for selfies and video calls.

The connectivity options on the handset include dual SIM card slots, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GNSS. It also comes with a MicroUSB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a MicroSD card slot, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Last but not least, the Tecno-branded device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging.

Tecno Spark 8P Price and Availability in India

The Tecno Spark 8P arrives in a single 4GB + 64GB memory configuration in India. It is priced at ₹10,999 ($139) and can be purchased from retail stores across the country.
