On 31st March, Ulefone Be Pure is finally launching! The phone comes with Octa-core processor, 5-inch display, and a launch price tag of only 129.99 dollars. It will be sold via major retailers like Amazon, Ebay at the same time without pre-sales. So, those who are looking for a new smartphone, make sure to check out this device.

The Ulefone Be Pure has great specs for a device in its price segment. It sports an Octa-core SoC, 5.0Inch IPS screen with resolution 1280*720PX, dual cameras with front 5MP and rear 13MP . Moreover, the memory combination of 1 GB RAM+8GB ROM will guarantee smooth operation on Android 4.4.2. About a week back, we introduced you to Ulefone Be Pure, a compact handset from the makers of the popular Ulefone Be Pro smartphone. The device boasted of stock Android UI which is loved by most Android fans.

Now, Ulefone Be Pure is available to purchase from leading retailers internationally from today i.e. 30-3-2015. What’s more the first 500 buyers will get a free 10400mAh Xiaomi Powerbank with the purchase.

The device sports a great design inspired from its elder brother, the Be Pro and features a fast MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. There’s 1GB of RAM onboard along with 8GB of internal storage.

Like we mentioned above, the Ulefone Be Pure is targeted at compact smartphone users, so it comes with a 720p 5-inch display. There will be a 13MP camera at the back, capable of capturing full HD 1080p videos and a 5MP shooter up front. The battery at the back will of 2000mAh capacity. As for software, the phone will run on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, but will soon be updated to stock Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Now, the same company has released a new smartphone called as the Ulefone Be Pure. While the device may take some inspiration from its elder brother, the Be Pro, there are some subtle differences in its design to give it a unique look.

The Ulefone Be Pure is targeted at users who are looking for a beautiful yet compact 5-inch smartphone. While many like 5.5-inch+ screens, there is a section of population who would prefer a compact device that they can operate with just hand. And a 5-inch display is just perfect for such users. The 1280 x 720p HD resolution on the 5-inch IPS OGS screen ensures crisp and clear display.

Ulefone has made sure that the phone is powerful enough to run any apps. That’s why you get the fast MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz with Mali-450 GPU. There’s 1GB RAM onboard with 8GB of internal storage. While we would have loved a 2GB version, the company probably decided to go with just 1GB to keep the price low. From our experience, even 1GB is often enough for basic tasks.

At the back, you get a 13MP camera sensor capable of recording full HD 1080p videos while up front, you have a 5MP shooter. The phone is pretty compact with the dimensions 144 x 71 x 8.89mm and weighs just 30 grams. Finally, at the back, you have a 2000 mAh battery which the company claims provides up to 12 hours of 3G web surfing.

The highlight of the Ulefone Be Pure is the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat version out of the box, but like the Ulefone Be Pro, users will get an OTA update in June, bringing the phone to the latest Android version.

The Ulefone Be Pro was a big hit for the company, thanks to its affordable pricing. This particular model too is priced appropriately and will be available for sale from next week for a price tag of $149. You can choose between dark blue and white colors that you can see in the picture above.
