<p>Small Bluetooth speakers have gotten surprisingly good. You can now find models that are small enough to carry in one hand but still offer decent bass, long battery life, and enough volume for a room or a day outside. Many also come with waterproofing, stereo pairing, and other features that were once limited to larger speakers.</p>

<p>The right choice mostly comes down to how you plan to use the speaker. Some are made to disappear into a backpack, while others trade a little portability for better sound, longer battery life, or more volume. Here are the six best small speakers worth considering in 2026.</p>

<div class="linkops-readmore" style="border-left:4px solid #e63946;background:#f7f7f8;padding:12px 16px;margin:22px 0;border-radius:4px;"><span style="display:block;color:#e63946;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:12px;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.5px;margin-bottom:4px;">Also Read</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/05/20/best-small-speakers-under-100-in-2026/?ref=rm-756097-r0" style="font-weight:600;text-decoration:none;color:#1a1a1a;">Top 5 small speakers you can buy under $100 in 2026</a></div>

<h3><strong>JBL Clip 5&nbsp;</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/jbl-clip-5/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">JBL Clip 5</a> is one of the easiest speakers to carry around. Its built-in carabiner lets you attach it directly to a backpack strap, belt loop, or even a towel rail, so there is no need to buy an extra clip. It weighs less than 300 grams and has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/JBL-Clip-5.jpg?x96852" alt="" /></figure></div>

<p>The battery lasts up to 12 hours, while Playtime Boost in the JBL Portable app can add around three more hours by reducing some of the processing used for bass. Its driver and passive radiator won&#8217;t fill a large room, but the Clip 5 produces more bass than its size suggests.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">JBL Clip 5</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/aplmzd" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>It also supports Auracast, so you can connect two speakers for stereo playback or link it with other compatible JBL speakers. JBL currently lists the Clip 5 at $79.95 in the U.S.</p>

<h3><strong>JBL Go 5</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/04/jbl-launches-go-5-bluetooth-speaker-with-audio-tuned-by-harman-acoustics/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">JBL Go 5</a> replaces the Go 4 as the smallest, cheapest speaker in JBL&#8217;s lineup, and it&#8217;s worth the small price bump. It keeps the same palm-sized, block-like shape, but jumps to Bluetooth 6.0 for a more stable connection and adds LC3 and LE Audio codec support alongside Auracast. The bigger change is on the durability and playback side: dust and water resistance moves up to IP68, and battery life stretches to 10 hours with Playtime Boost, up from the Go 4&#8217;s 7 hours.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="470" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-1024x470.jpg?x96852" alt="JBL Go 5" class="wp-image-734679" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-1024x470.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-300x138.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-768x353.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-696x320.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-1068x491.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839-914x420.jpg 914w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image_1776191309643-e1776191388839.jpg 1306w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>It&#8217;s also the first Go model with a USB-C DAC, so plugging it into a laptop or phone via cable gets you lossless audio instead of compressed Bluetooth. JBL added a subtle WINK ambient light strip on the front, too, which doubles as a visual battery and pairing indicator.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">JBL Clip 5</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/fzxkyz" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>JBL prices the Go 5 at $54.95, just a few dollars above where the Go 4 sat, and it&#8217;s a straightforward upgrade if you don&#8217;t already own the older model.</p>

<h3><strong>Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM 4&nbsp;</strong></h3>

<p>The Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM 4 keeps the round design that has been a part of the series for years. And the shape isn&#8217;t just for looks. The speaker uses two active drivers and two passive radiators to send sound in different directions, so you don&#8217;t have to keep it pointed toward you.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4.jpg?x96852" alt="" /></figure></div>

<p>It lasts up to 14 hours on a charge and has an IP67 rating. It can also float, which makes it a natural choice for poolside use.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM 4</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/mmpuvf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>It has an Outdoor Boost mode for open spaces, plus a Podcast Mode that makes spoken voices easier to hear. You can also pair two WONDERBOOM 4 speakers for stereo playback. Ultimate Ears currently lists it at $79.99 in the U.S.</p>

<h3><strong>Marshall Emberton III</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/08/19/marshall-emberton-iii-willen-ii-speakers-launched/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Marshall Emberton III</a> looks more like a tiny guitar amplifier than a typical portable Bluetooth speaker. It has Marshall&#8217;s familiar styling, including the brass control knob on top, but there is more to it than the retro design.</p>

<p>Battery life is the biggest reason to consider it. Marshall rates the Emberton III for more than 32 hours of playback, which is considerably longer than most speakers in this size range. A quick recharge can further add around six hours of playback after 20 minutes.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/emberton-iii-two-asset-hybrid-07-1-1024x768.jpg?x96852" alt="" /></figure></div>

<p>The speaker uses two amplifiers with Marshall&#8217;s True Stereophonic technology for 360-degree sound. It is also rated IP67 for dust and water resistance.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">Marshall Emberton III</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/ihxnib" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>Another change from the previous model is the built-in microphone, which lets you use the speaker for calls. Bluetooth 5.3 and LE Audio support also leave it ready for newer Bluetooth features. Marshall currently lists the Emberton III at $179.99 in the U.S.</p>

<h3><strong>Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen)</strong></h3>

<p>The Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) cares less about battery-life numbers and more about how the speaker actually sounds. It lasts up to 12 hours, which is enough for a day out but well behind the Emberton III.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">Bose SoundLink Flex 2nd Gen</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/pmoqjk" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>Where it makes up for that is audio quality. Vocals and higher frequencies come through clearly, and the speaker generally sounds more balanced than many models of a similar size. Bose&#8217;s PositionIQ technology also changes the sound depending on how the speaker is positioned, whether it is lying flat, standing up, or hanging from its built-in loop.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="406" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bose-Soundlink-Flex-2nd-gen.jpg?x96852" alt="Bose Soundlink Flex 2nd gen" class="wp-image-756098" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bose-Soundlink-Flex-2nd-gen.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bose-Soundlink-Flex-2nd-gen-300x135.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bose-Soundlink-Flex-2nd-gen-768x346.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bose-Soundlink-Flex-2nd-gen-696x314.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>It has an IP67 rating and supports Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint pairing, so two devices can remain connected at the same time. You can also pair two speakers for stereo or party playback through the Bose app. Bose currently lists the SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) at $159 in the U.S.</p>

<h3><strong>Sony SRS-XB100&nbsp;</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/07/20/sony-srs-xb100-portable-bluetooth-wireless-speaker-with-16-hour-battery-life-launched-in-india/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sony SRS-XB100</a> is one of the smaller options here, but it still covers the basics well. It has an IP67 rating, up to 16 hours of battery life, and a compact design that can easily fit into a jacket pocket or small bag.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Sony-SRS-XB100.jpg?x96852" alt="" /></figure></div>

<p>Sony uses a Sound Diffusion Processor to spread the audio beyond what you might expect from its single small driver. The speaker also has a UV-resistant coating to protect the exterior when it spends a lot of time in direct sunlight.</p>

<div class="linkops-product" style="display:flex;flex-wrap:wrap;align-items:center;gap:12px;justify-content:space-between;border:1px solid #e3e5e9;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 16px;margin:24px 0;background:#ffffff;font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,sans-serif;"><span style="display:block;min-width:180px;flex:1 1 220px;"><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase;letter-spacing:.7px;margin-bottom:3px;">Where to buy</span><span style="display:block;color:#1a1a1a;font-size:17px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.3;">Sony SRS-XB100</span><span style="display:block;color:#6b7280;font-size:13px;margin-top:2px;">Latest price on Amazon</span></span><a href="https://linktwin.co/dkjyzn" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" style="display:inline-block;background:#1f4b8f;color:#ffffff;font-size:15px;font-weight:600;line-height:1.2;padding:11px 18px;border-radius:6px;text-decoration:none;white-space:nowrap;">Check price &rarr;</a></div>

<p>You can pair two XB100 speakers for stereo playback, and the built-in microphone uses echo cancellation for hands-free calls.</p>

<h3><strong>How to Choose</strong></h3>

<p>The best small speaker depends mostly on where you plan to use it. If portability matters most, the JBL Clip 5 is the easiest one to carry. The WONDERBOOM 4 makes more sense if you&#8217;re usually sharing music with a group or using the speaker outdoors. The JBL Go 5 is the cheaper option if you simply want something tiny that you can throw into a bag.</p>

<div class="linkops-readmore" style="border-left:4px solid #e63946;background:#f7f7f8;padding:12px 16px;margin:22px 0;border-radius:4px;"><span style="display:block;color:#e63946;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:12px;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.5px;margin-bottom:4px;">Also Read</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/08/13/jbl-pulse-6-vs-jbl-pulse-5-comparison/?ref=rm-756097-r1" style="font-weight:600;text-decoration:none;color:#1a1a1a;">JBL Pulse 6 vs JBL Pulse 5: Is the New One Really Better?</a></div>

<p>Battery life changes the equation, too. The Marshall Emberton III can run for more than 32 hours, while the Sony SRS-XB100 offers up to 16 hours. If sound quality matters more than battery life or size, the Bose SoundLink Flex is worth considering.</p>

<p>Last Updated: 22 July, 2026</p>

<p>You don’t need to spend big to get great sound in 2026, the best small Bluetooth speakers still cost well under $100 and give you almost everything most people actually want.</p>

<p>Good sound, check; durability, check; battery life, check; fast charging, check; and even looks, check.  </p>

<p>Many of these speakers are also water-resistant, easy to carry around, and work just as well indoors as they do outdoors. So we picked five of the best options from well-known brands that consistently make reliable audio gear. Here&#8217;s what you need to know.</p>

<h3><strong>JBL Go 5</strong></h3>

<p>JBL is one of the most trusted names in portable audio, and the<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/04/jbl-launches-go-5-bluetooth-speaker-with-audio-tuned-by-harman-acoustics/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Go 5 </a>is their freshest small speaker. It&#8217;s the size of a deck of cards, weighs just 230 grams, and you can slip it into your jacket pocket like your regular smartphone.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Inside, the Go 5 runs on a 4.8W driver tuned by the Harman Acoustics team. It can handle music, podcasts, and calls well, and you get a 7-band equalizer through the JBL Portable app to tweak the sound to your liking.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/JBL-GO-3-IP-Rating.jpg?x96852" alt=""/></figure></div>

<p>One of the best features of Go 5 is USB-C audio with a built-in DAC chip. That means if you plug it directly into a laptop or phone with a cable, you get lossless audio without any wireless compression.</p>

<p>For wireless listening, the Go 5 uses Bluetooth 6.0, the latest version, which gives you a more stable connection, lower battery use, and faster pairing. It also supports Auracast, meaning you can link multiple JBL speakers together for a bigger sound setup.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The JBL Go 5 also carries an IP68 rating, and can run for up to 10 hours ( in Playtime Boost mode) in a single charge. The speaker has built-in ambient edge lighting for a fun visual touch, and you can customize the colors from the app.</p>

<p><strong>Key Specs:</strong> 4.8W output | Bluetooth 6.0 | IP68 | 8–10 hours battery | 230g | USB-C audio</p>

<h3><strong>Tribit StormBox Micro 3</strong></h3>

<p>Tribit has built a strong reputation for making budget-friendly speakers that outperform their price tags, and the StormBox Micro 3 is their best small speaker yet. At $64.99, it delivers features and stamina that many $150 speakers would be proud of.</p>

<p>It offers 24-hour battery life and only takes about two hours to go from empty to full. There&#8217;s also reverse charging built in over USB-C.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For audio, the Tribit Strombox Micro uses a 13W output with a 48mm NdFeB driver and dual coaxial passive radiators. It also has Tribit&#8217;s XBass mode, which boosts low frequencies for an even richer listening experience when you want more thump.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3.jpg?x96852" alt="Tribit StormBox Micro 3" class="wp-image-739017" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Tribit-StormBox-Micro-3-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>What really sets the StormBox Micro 3 apart is its 2-in-1 mounting system. You can strap it to a backpack or bike handlebars for active use, or use the magnetic base to snap it onto cars, tents, or lockers for hands-free listening.&nbsp;</p>

<div style="border-left:4px solid #e63946;background:#f7f7f8;padding:12px 16px;margin:22px 0;border-radius:4px;"><span style="display:block;color:#e63946;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:12px;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.5px;margin-bottom:4px;">Also Read</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/13/best-jbl-alternatives-2025/" style="font-weight:600;text-decoration:none;color:#1a1a1a;">The Best JBL Alternatives in 2025: Speakers, Soundbars, Headphones and Earbuds</a></div>

<p>The StormBox Micro 3 is also IP68-rated for full water and dust resistance, and it&#8217;s also certified to SGS military-grade drop standards. It pairs two units via Bluetooth 6.0 for stereo sound.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-container-2 wp-block-buttons">

<p><strong>Key Specs:</strong> 13W output | Bluetooth 6.0 | IP68 | 24 hours battery | 2-hr fast charge | Magnetic + strap mount | 330g</p>

<h3><strong>JBL Grip</strong></h3>

<p>Another entry from JBL is the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/08/02/jbl-grip-bluetooth-speaker-launched-specs-price/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">JBL Grip</a>. Designed to look like a seltzer can, it fits perfectly in your hand or clips onto your bag with its built-in rope loop.</p>

<p>At 16W output, the Grip is noticeably louder and fuller than most speakers in this price range. It&#8217;s powered by JBL&#8217;s AI Sound Boost technology, which analyzes your music in real time and adjusts the audio output to maximize bass and reduce distortion automatically.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/JBL-Grip-1024x576.jpg?x96852" alt=""/></figure></div>

<p>The Grip also has a customizable LED lighting strip on the side that reacts to the music and adds personality to any setting. You can change the color and behavior from the JBL Portable app, which also gives you access to a 7-band EQ for tailoring the sound.</p>

<p>Like the JBL Go 5, the JBL Grip is IP68 rated. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4, and it also supports Auracast and has up to 12 hours of battery life (14 hours with Playtime Boost). It&#8217;s available in six colors: black, white, blue, red, purple, and camo.</p>

<p><strong>Key Specs:</strong> 16W output | Bluetooth 5.4 | IP68 | 12+2 hours battery | AI Sound Boost | Auracast | 385g</p>

<h3><strong>Anker Soundcore Select 4 Go</strong></h3>

<p>Anker&#8217;s Soundcore line has been making great budget audio gear for years, and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/09/18/anker-soundcore-select-4-go-speaker-launched/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Select 4 Go </a>is one of their most impressive affordable speakers. At around $35 to $40, it&#8217;s incredibly cheap but has all the features.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Select 4 Go is IP67-rated and offers up to 20 hours of battery life. You could easily go three to four days of casual listening on a single charge.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Screenshot-2024-09-18-064218-1024x683.png?x96852" alt=""/></figure></div>

<p>Anker also offers 9-band EQ adjustments in the Soundcore app. There&#8217;s also a built-in loop for attaching a carabiner, and rubber feet on the bottom for a strong grip.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-container-4 wp-block-buttons">

</div>

<p><strong>Key Specs:</strong> IP67 | 20 hours battery | 9-band EQ | Floatable | Built-in carabiner loop</p>

<h3><strong>Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 4</strong></h3>

<p>Ultimate Ears, a brand owned by Logitech, is known for 360-degree Bluetooth speakers, and Wonderboom 4 is one of their best compact models.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Inside its round, puck-like body are two 40mm drivers and two passive radiators, arranged so left and right channels fire in opposite directions. The result is an audio that fills a room evenly, no matter where you place the speaker. There&#8217;s also an Outdoor Boost mode for times when you&#8217;re outside.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4.jpg?x96852" alt="Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 4" class="wp-image-739018" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Ultimate-Ears-Wonderboom-4-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Wonderboom 4 is IP67-rated, has 14-hour battery life, USB-C charging, and you can pair two Wonderboom 4 units together for proper stereo sound. It also has a built-in magic button that lets you jump straight into a preset playlist for easy access.</p>

<div class="wp-container-5 wp-block-buttons">

<p>Ultimate Ears (UE), best known for its custom-made in-ear headphones, also has a line of speakers named after the &#8220;Boom&#8221; suffix. The trend started in 2013 with their first &#8220;Boom&#8221; speaker, and since then all subsequent speakers have had &#8220;Boom&#8221; as a suffix in their name. This includes the Megaboom, Hyperboom, myBoom, and Wonderboom. The company has now launched another speaker called EpicBoom. So let’s talk about it here.</p>

<h2><strong>Ultimate Ears EpicBoom Specifications</strong></h2>

<p>The EpicBoom is a decently large speaker that is designed to be both portable and rugged. It features a recycled polyester mesh exterior, IP67 water and dust resistance, and a built-in strap for easy carrying.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="536" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-1024x536.jpg?x96852" alt="Ultimate Ears EpicBoom Launched" class="wp-image-564933" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-1024x536.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-300x157.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-768x402.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-696x364.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-1068x559.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched-803x420.jpg 803w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Ultimate-Ears-EpicBoom-Launched.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The Epicboom is powered by a 4.6-inch woofer and two 1.5-inch active mid-high frequency transducers. UE promises booming 360° audio from the speaker, and it has a number of features that make it ideal for outdoor use. It has a wireless range of 55 meters, so you can take it with you to the beach or pool without worrying about losing the signal. It also has an advertised battery life of 17 hours, so you can enjoy your music all day long without having to worry about running out of power.</p>

<p>There’s also an Outdoor Boost button that loudens the sound when you&#8217;re outdoors. It also has an adaptive EQ function that adjusts the sound output based on the environment. You can easily connect your devices to the speaker using <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near-field_communication" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">NFC</a> pairing. The speaker is compatible with Spotify, Amazon Music, and other streaming services.</p>

<p>However, the Epicboom is not without its flaws. Most importantly, it doesn’t have any smart features. It doesn’t come with a built-in microphone so that you can use it for calls or to wake up your digital assistant. Additionally, it does not support WiFi connectivity either.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Price and Availability</strong> </h2>

<p>The Epicboom is available in black or white, and it costs $349.99. It is a Bluetooth-only speaker, which is a bit expensive in this day and age. The Epicboom will be available at Best Buy, <a href="https://geni.us/x7xXi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">Amazon</a> and other retailers starting from 22 September.</p>
