Unihertz has officially announced the Titan 2, a new smartphone that brings the nostalgia of physical keyboards into the modern Android era. The company has also kicked off a Kickstarter campaign for the device. The Titan 2 is the fourth model in the Titan series, following the original Titan (2019), the compact Titan Pocket (2021), and the slimmer Titan Slim (2022). Here’s a closer look at the specifications and features of the all-new Titan 2.

The Titan 2 features a 4.5-inch square primary display with a resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s also a secondary 2-inch display on the back (410 x 502 pixels), built into the camera module, which can display notifications, widgets, or act as a selfie preview screen.

Below the main screen sits a physical QWERTY keyboard, redesigned for better tactile feedback. It supports swipe gestures and shortcut assignments for every key. On the camera front, the Titan 2 includes a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3.4x optical zoom, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with autofocus.

Under the hood, the Titan 2 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 5,050mAh battery keeps the phone running, and it supports 33W fast charging through a USB-C port.

The Unihertz Titan 2 is now available for pre-order via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. Early backers can reserve a unit for $269, while the full retail price is expected to be around $399. Shipments are slated to begin in October 2025.
