On the mobile platform, it allows some handsets and chipsets to support HD and HDR content. Netflix updates its support list every once in a while. Similarly, now, the company has updated the list once again, and to our surprise, the newly released<a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/exynos-2200"> Exynos 2200 chipset</a> supports HD content.</p>
<p>Now, it isn&#8217;t a big deal since it is a flagship chipset and it should have HD support, of course. However, what&#8217;s notable is while confirming the HD support for the Exynos 2200, Netflix concomitantly confirmed the<a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/galaxy-s22"> Galaxy S22&#8217;s</a> HD support. As the upcoming S22 will certainly be powered by the Exynos 2200 SoC.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-440569 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Galaxy-S22-Netflix-support.png?x44794" alt="Galaxy S22 Netflix support" width="567" height="223" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Galaxy-S22-Netflix-support.png 567w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Galaxy-S22-Netflix-support-300x118.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px" /></p>
<p>The support page on Netflix also lists the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/exynos-2100">Exynos 2100</a> which is inside the last year&#8217;s Galaxy S21 phones and the new S21 FE. The company has also listed some other<a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/unisoc"> UNISOC</a> chipsets like the UNISOC T606, T610, T612, T616, and T618.</p>
<h2><strong>Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Specifications </strong></h2>
<p>For those unaware, the Unpacked 2022 event is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/01/26/samsung-galaxy-unpacked-9-february/">right around the corner</a>, and it will have three S22 models — Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. All three will be powered by the Exynos 2200. But, for some regions, the phones will be powered by the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-1">Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC</a>.</p>
<figure id="attachment_440228" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-440228" style="width: 700px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-440228 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Samsung-Galaxy-S22-series.jpg?x44794" alt="Samsung Galaxy S22 series" width="700" height="333" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Samsung-Galaxy-S22-series.jpg 700w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Samsung-Galaxy-S22-series-300x143.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Samsung-Galaxy-S22-series-696x331.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-440228" class="wp-caption-text">Samsung Galaxy S22 series</figcaption></figure>
<p>Regarding the series&#8217; specs, a 6.1-inch FHD+ screen, 6.6-inch FHD+ panel, and a 6.8-inch QHD+ display will be the screen sizes of the S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra, respectively.</p>
<p>The trio will have a high 120Hz refresh rate. The S22 and S22+ will have a 12MP UW + 50MP W + 10MP telephoto triple rear cameras, while the S22 Ultra will feature a 108MP W+ 10MP telephoto+ 10MP periscope + 12MP UW quad rear camera system. The Ultra will bag S-Pen support.</p>
<p>There will be a 5,000mAh battery in the Ultra, a 4,500mAh battery in the Plus model, and a 3,700mAh cell inside the vanilla S22. Except for the vanilla S22, the other two devices will have 45W fast charging support. The vanilla S22, on the other hand, will have a 25W fast charging speed.</p>
