Viomi Technology has released its first air conditioner with active formaldehyde removal technology. The Viomi Master AI Air-conditioner 1.5HP comes with some impressive capabilities. It is among a lineup of products released by the company in China. The new Viomi 1.5HP AI air conditioner uses China’s 863 plan patented technology and delivers a two-hour formaldehyde removal rate of 99.9%, according to the company.

The Viomi AI air conditioner Master uses AI technology and achieves a greater performance than traditional air purifiers in terms of formaldehyde removal. It is equipped with a module specifically for the removal of harmful formaldehyde from the air. It has a built-in primary filter and an alloy core made from aviation material aluminum.
