And we are back with the upcoming Smartphones for the month of February 2021. This month usually gets a lot of Flagship launches but some companies like <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung">Samsung</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> have already launched their top smartphones early.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-369565" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1.jpg?x44794" alt="Upcoming Smartphones February 2021" width="3264" height="2267" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1.jpg 3264w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-300x208.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-768x533.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-1024x711.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-100x70.jpg 100w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-218x150.jpg 218w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-696x483.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-1068x742.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-605x420.jpg 605w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Upcoming-Smartphones-February-2021-1-1920x1334.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 3264px) 100vw, 3264px" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Nevertheless, we have got a lot of devices from <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/huawei">Huawei</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo">OPPO</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/redmi">Redmi</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/vivo">Vivo</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme">realme</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/nokia">Nokia</a>, and more. Although we are still early into the month of February, few brands have already launched their devices so be sure to read till the end to know about them.</p>
<h3><strong>HUAWEI Mate X2</strong></h3>
<p>This is probably the most important launch of the month, if you ask me. Huawei has stood the test of the toughest times in the last two years. The company is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/02/idc-report-shows-huawei-leads-the-chinese-smartphone-market-by-a-wide-margin/">still the hero</a> of the home country China.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-369162" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date.jpg?x44794" alt="Huawei Mate X2 launch date" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Huawei-Mate-X2-launch-date-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p>Anyway, the third-gen Foldable device(after Mate X, Mate Xs), the HUAWEI Mate X2 will <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/huawei-mate-x2-launch-date-is-february-22/">launch on February 22</a> in China. Expected specs include an inward folding 8.01 inches main display, likely a 6.45-inch Cover display, Kirin 9000 5G chipset, quad-cameras with 50MP sensor, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/render-gives-us-an-early-looks-at-the-huawei-mate-x2/">16MP dual-front</a> punch-hole cameras, 4,400mAh battery with  <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/10/huawei-mate-x2-with-66w-fast-charger-bags-3c-certification/">66W rapid charging</a>, and more.</p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Pro</strong></h3>
<p>Xiaomi <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/28/xiaomi-mi-11-arrives-with-the-snapdragon-888-a-top-tier-display-harman-kardon-speakers-and-more/">unveiled</a> the world&#8217;s first Snapdragon 888 chipset phone(<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-11">Xiaomi Mi 11</a>) in China back in December. This device is confirmed to debut Globally on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/29/xiaomi-mi-11-global-launch-set-for-february-8/">February 8</a>. Alongside the flagship, Xiaomi is also expected to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/12/exclusive-xiaomi-mi-11-lite-to-launch-alongside-mi-11-globally/">bring a Mi 11 Lite</a>. As for <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/22/xiaomi-mi-11-lite-bags-another-important-certification/">the Mi 11 Lite specs</a>, it is likely to feature a 120Hz LCD panel, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-732g">Snapdragon 732G</a> chipset, 64MP quad-cameras, 4,250mAh battery with 33W charging, 6/8GB RAM, 64/128/256GB storage MIUI 12.</p>

<h3><strong>ASUS ROG Phone 5</strong></h3>
<p>Just like the flagships, 2021 is likely to see an early debut of the Gaming Smartphones. This time, out of nowhere, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/21/redmi-to-launch-its-first-gaming-smartphone-to-be-powered-by-the-dimensity-1200/">players like Redmi</a> are also joining the list. <h3><strong>Nokia 3.4, 5.4</strong></h3>
<p>HMD Global has been focusing on mid-range and budget devices lately. Anyway, the company will launch Nokia 5.4 in the USA on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/02/nokia-5-4-heading-to-the-u-s-a-on-february-15/">February 15</a> and India on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/03/exclusive-nokia-5-4-launching-in-india-on-feb-10-nokia-3-4-may-tag-along/">Feb. 10</a>(Our Exclusive). It appears that the said phone has appeared with the V2048A model number at the 3C certification platform (<a href="https://www.nashvillechatterclass.com/alleged-vivo-s7t-v2048a-receives-3c-certification-in-china/50250/">via</a>) of China.</p>
<p>A mysterious 5G-ready Vivo phone with model number V2048A has been certified by the 3C agency. The listing reveals that the retail package of the device may include a 33W fast charger.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-367750" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo-V2048A-3C" width="1107" height="126" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C.jpg 1107w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C-300x34.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C-768x87.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C-1024x117.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C-696x79.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Vivo-V2048A-3C-1068x122.jpg 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1107px) 100vw, 1107px" /></p>
<p>Interestingly, the same V2048A phone was spotted with 8 GB of RAM and Dimensity 820 chipset at Geekbench <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/01/vivo-v2048a-with-dimensity-820-and-8gb-ram-spotted-at-geekbench/">at the beginning of this year</a>. The handset was found to be running on Android 11 OS. Since a reliable tipster has claimed that Vivo’s upcoming <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-820">Dimensity 820</a> powered phone will be called Vivo S7t, it seems that the V2048A model number belongs to the same phone.</p>
<p>Vivo announced the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s7-5g">Vivo S7 5G</a> with <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-765g">Snapdragon 765G</a> chip in August last year. The company followed it up with <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-720">Dimensity 720</a>v SoC powered <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s7e-5g">Vivo S7e 5G</a> phone in November. It appears that the company will be soon announcing the third member of the S7 lineup with the Vivo S7t moniker in China.</p>
<figure id="attachment_342760" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-342760" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-342760" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo S7 5G" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Vivo-S7-5G-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-342760" class="wp-caption-text">Vivo S7 5G</figcaption></figure>
<p>Except for the chipset, the Vivo S7t 5G is expected to borrow all its specs from the Vivo S7 5G handset. Hence, it is likely that the Vivo S7t will have a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a notch. It may feature a 44-megpaixel + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) dual front-facing cameras and 64-megapixel triple rear shooters. It could be fitted with a 4,500mAh battery. It is expected to arrive with OriginOS flavored Android 11 OS. The phone may also feature an in-display fingerprint reader.</p>
<p>At present, the Vivo S7 5G is currently selling with a starting price of 2,698 Yuan (~$417). There is no word on the pricing of the Vivo S7t.</p>

<p>The S7 5G was launched in August 2020 while the S7e 5G came on board in November 2020. The tipster has said that the features and specifications of the upcoming Vivo S7t will mainly be similar to that of the S7. These include, among others, a 6.44 inch FullHD+ AMOLED display, fingerprint detection, a 4,000 mAh battery with a capacity for 33W charging.</p>
<div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><strong>Editor&#8217;s Pick: <a title="Chip Battle: Snapdragon 870 5G vs Dimensity 1200, which flagship killer chipset is better?" href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/21/chip-battle-snapdragon-870-5g-vs-dimensity-1200-which-flagship-killer-chipset-is-better/" rel="bookmark">Chip Battle: Snapdragon 870 5G vs Dimensity 1200, which flagship killer chipset is better?</a></strong></div></div>
<p>The source says that the rest of the specs of the S7t will remain the same as the vanilla S7, meaning it will feature a 6.44-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a fingerprint reader underneath and pack a 4,000 mAh battery with 33W charging.</p>
<p>The smartphone will also come with five cameras: A 44MP wide and 8MP ultrawide camera will be the two front-facing cameras, while there is a 64MP main camera on the rear, together with an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor camera. The camera module of the S7t, no doubt combines to provide a very compelling picture and video experience when using these cameras.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/vivo-s7t-2.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-367387" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/vivo-s7t-2.png?x44794" alt="vivo s7t" width="604" height="332" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/vivo-s7t-2.png 604w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/vivo-s7t-2-300x165.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px" /></a></p>
<p>In line with the content of the tipster&#8217;s revelation, the Vivo S7t 5G is expected to come with an 8GB RAM in combination with either 128GB or 256GB internal memory space. The S7 5G runs an Android 10 operating system as a default factory setting. However, the S7t should come with the Android 11 operating system as its default.</p>
<p>Apart from the operating system, It is yet unclear what would be the fine points of departure from the standard <a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s7">Vivo S7</a> that may set apart the Vivo S7t from the earlier models.</p>
