The first smartphone in the series was tipped to be the Vivo T1 5G and its launch was said to happen in March. Now, Vivo itself has created a micro-site for the phone and revealed its launch date.

The Vivo T1 5G launch is scheduled for February 9 in India. On the website, the company has a few sections which are meant to reveal the phone’s design, display, chipset, and cameras. However, there are no specs to learn as of now, as the company will reveal all the details soon.

Although we do not know its specs, the phone is already available in China.

The Vivo T1 5G was launched last year in the mid-range segment. It sports a 6.67-inch LCD display with an FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has a 16MP selfie camera and a triple rear camera system. The rear setup goes by a 64MP main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.

Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It houses a 5,000mAh battery and has 44W fast charging support. The smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and boots on Android 11 out of the box.
