<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-v21/"><span style="font-weight: 400">vivo V21</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> series is the successor to the vivo V20 series from 2020. The predecessor lineup includes a total of four devices. Looks like the company is aiming to hit that number with the upcoming vivo V21e 5G.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">According to a report by </span><a href="https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/vivo-v21e-5g-geekbench-bis-india-launch/"><i><span style="font-weight: 400">91Mobiles</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, the vivo V21e 5G has been certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) with model number V2055. Hence, the smartphone could launch in India.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Additionally, this handset has been also benchmarked by Geekbench. According to the </span><a href="https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/7971623"><span style="font-weight: 400">listing</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, the phone will be powered by a </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/10/mediatek-announces-7nm-dimensity-700-5g-processor-for-affordable-5g-phones/"><span style="font-weight: 400">MediaTek Dimensity 700</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> chipset coupled with 8GB RAM. As for software, it will run Android 11.</span></p>

Therefore, the performance of the two smartphones should be identical.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Unfortunately, nothing else is known about the vivo V21e 5G. It is a mystery whether it will have the same set of specifications as the vanilla </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/vivo/"><span style="font-weight: 400">vivo</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> V21e.</span></p>
