On the software side, it runs OriginOS 6 and includes a few modern software additions like Google Gemini and Circle to Search. However, to accommodate the larger battery and faster screen, Vivo scaled back the camera to a basic 13-megapixel sensor. It also retains the slower 15W charging speed.

Vivo Y19s 5G

The Vivo Y19s 5G has a standard retail price of ₹16,499, but frequent bank discounts bring it closer to the ₹15,000 mark.

Internally, it is very similar to the T4 Lite 5G, featuring the same Dimensity 6300 chip, a 90Hz HD+ display, and a 6,000mAh battery. The main difference is its build.

It has SGS and Military-Grade Shock Resistance certifications, making it a bit more resilient against accidental drops. Like the Y11, it only has a 13-megapixel main camera. It is a practical choice if you tend to be rough on your devices.

Vivo T4x 5G

While the Vivo T4x 5G officially starts at ₹16,999, launch discounts and bank offers often reduce the price to around ₹15,000 to ₹15,500. If you can find it at this price, it is the best option on the list.

The T4x 5G offers a clear upgrade in almost every category. It features a sharper Full HD+ 120Hz display and uses the more capable MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.

It combines a 50-megapixel camera with a 6,500mAh battery, and most importantly, it supports 44W fast charging, which makes refilling that large battery much more convenient.

Vivo India has introduced two new smartphones in its Y series, the Vivo Y21 5G and Vivo Y11 5G. Both devices focus on battery life, durability, and everyday performance. While they share many core features, there are some clear differences in camera and charging.

Both phones come with a 6500mAh battery. Vivo says this can deliver up to 48.4 hours of video playback or 80 hours of music playback. Features like Super Battery Saver Mode and Battery Life Extender are included to manage power usage over time. Vivo also claims a battery health lifespan of up to five years. The Y21 5G supports 44W fast charging, while the Y11 5G supports 15W charging.

On the build side, both models carry an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance. They also have SGS-certified Military Grade Shock Resistance. The design includes a composite back, a matte frame, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The display is the same on both devices. They feature a 6.74-inch HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1200 nits peak brightness. The panels are TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certified to reduce eye strain.

Both smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Software features include Google Gemini, AI Photo Enhance, AI Documents, and Circle to Search with Google. Connectivity options include 5G dual SIM dual standby, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.4.

The main difference comes in the camera setup. The Y21 5G has a 50MP main camera with a secondary lens, while the Y11 5G has a 13MP single rear camera. Both phones have a 5MP front camera.

The Y21 5G comes in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options with 128GB storage, priced at Rs. 18,999, Rs. 20,999, and Rs. 22,999. The Y11 5G is available in 4GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB storage, priced at Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 16,999. Vivo has quietly launched a new Y-series device in China. It is dubbed the Vivo Y11. The latest offering is a budget smartphone with decent specifications. Read on to know what it offers out of the box. 

The Vivo Y11 comes with a 6.51-inch display bearing a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels. There is a waterdrop notch on the top and a thick chin at the bottom. The device lacks a fingerprint scanner. The back panel has a circular camera module in a rectangular island. 

The Vivo Y11 features an 8MP rear camera paired with an LED flash. There is a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper with face support unlock recognition. There are various camera-related features onboard. 

Under the hood, the Vivo Y11 is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P35 processor. It is offered in 4GB and 6GB RAM options with 2GB virtual RAM technology. There is a 128GB onboard storage expandable via a microSD card slot for additional needs. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 10W charging. Software-wise, the device runs on OriginOS based on Android 12 out of the box. 

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y11 include 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, microUSB port, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

The Vivo Y11 costs RMB 899 (~$130) for the base 4GB RAM variant whereas the 6GB option is priced at RMB 999 (~$145). It is offered in Obsidian Black and Ice Blue colours. The smartphone will be available for purchase in China.

Vivo is apparently gearing up to launch a new 2023 edition of one of its existing mid range smartphone model. The device in question is the Vivo Y11 (2023), and prior to its release, a new leak has revealed key specs and its possible launch timeline. So here are all the details.

The news arrives from known tipster Paras Guglani who shared the information with PriceBaba. As per the new report, the Y11 (2023) is a budget smartphone model that sports a 6.5 inch LCD panel that has a Full HD+ resolution. The device will also be equipped with a MediaTek chipset, over the Snapdragon processor that powered its predecessor. For those unaware, the 2019 edition of the Y11 was launched with the Snapdragon 439 SoC.

Apart from the new MediaTek chip, the device will feature 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device will also support memory expansion that enables up to 4GB of virtual RAM. Furthermore, the Y11 (2023) will run on Android 13 OS out of the box and will be powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 18W fast charging. Being a budget model, the device will also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack.

On the back, the device will have a polycarbonate chassis and come in two or three color options. The Vivo Y11 (2023) is expected to launch by the end of this month in China. Additionally, its global release will be followed in April. Unfortunately, there is currently no information regarding the price of this handset. Although it will likely be priced under 100 Yuan (roughly 145 US Dollars).

Vivo has discreetly launched the Vivo Y11 budget smartphone in India. It is the same Vivo Y11 phone that the company had launched in Vietnam a couple of months earlier. The highlights of the Y11 include a tall aspect ratio display, a dual-camera setup and a massive battery. Also, it carries an budget-friendly price tag.

Vivo Y11 Specifications and Features

The Vivo Y11 flaunts a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1544 x 720 pixels. The device draws power from an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC with Adreno 505 GPU and flaunts 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable via a microSD card.

The Vivo Y11 smartphone draws power from a mammoth 5,000mAh battery. In terms of optics, the Vivo Y11 features a 12-megapixel primary sensor at the rear with an aperture ratio of f/2.2, along with a 2-megapixel sensor with an aperture ratio of f/2.4. The setup is coupled with an LED flash. The smartphone flaunts an 8-megapixel lens at the front, with an aperture ratio of f/1.8. The phone is loaded with FunTouch OS based Android 9 Pie OS.

Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, GLONASS, OTG, and micro USB. A fingerprint scanner is available on the rear shell of the device. The smartphone measures 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92 mm and weighs 190.5 grams.

Vivo Y11 Price and Availability

Vivo launched the Vivo Y11 in India at a price point of Rs. 8,990 (~$126). The device will go on sale starting Dec. 21 and will be available across all Vivo dealerships in India. The Y11 will come in two color schemes, including Jade Green and Coral Red.
