<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/sony-wf-1000xm5/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sony WF-1000XM5</a> launch appears to be just around the corner. We have already covered a leak which revealed <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/06/06/sony-wf-1000mx5-key-specifications-surface-expected-to-launch-this-week/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">some of its key specifications</a>. And now, a certification sighting has further hinted at its imminent release.</p>

<h4>Sony WF-1000XM5 to offer 24 hours of battery life</h4>

<p>The latest sighting of the Japanese tech giant&#8217;s flagship grade truly wireless earbuds was on the Wireless Power Consortium. Previously, the device was even spotted on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/02/26/sony-wf-1000xm5-wireless-earbuds-spotted/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">FCC </a>certification website and even had its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/03/17/sony-wf-1000xm5-leaks-design/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">design leaked </a>a couple of months prior. The latest certification has confirmed that the upcoming WF-1000XM5 will feature Qi wireless charging with up to 2W wireless charging support, similar to its predecessor. It even revealed that the device carries the model number Y2963.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="656" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-1024x656.webp?x10805" alt="Sony" class="wp-image-543116" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-1024x656.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-300x192.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-768x492.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-696x446.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-1068x685.webp 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium-655x420.webp 655w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Sony-WF-1000XM5-YY2963-WirelessPowerConsortium.webp 1273w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Based on previous leaks, the flagship grade earbuds are expected to feature a design similar to the WF-1000XM4 model. However, each earbuds will weigh just 5.9 grams, which is lower than the 7.3 grams of the XM4. Furthermore, a previous report has hinted that the Xm5 will offer up to 24 hours of audio playback when paired with a charging case. Rumors have claimed that just 3 minutes of charging can deliver around 1 hour of playback.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, finer details regarding these earbuds are still unclear. But the Sony WF-1000XM5 is previously believed to launch sometime later this month or possibly even in August 2023. We can expect these earbuds to offer top notch features like multi point connectivity and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation). </p>

<p>Last month, Vivo debuted the X90 series of flagship smartphones in its home country China. Since then, multiple rumors of the upcoming global launch have surfaced, with the most notable one stating that it could take place on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/12/17/vivo-x90-series-global-launch-date-seemingly-revealed-via-poster/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">January 31</a>. With the supposed launch almost a month away, the global variant of the Vivo X90 Pro has been spotted on Geekbench and Wireless Power Consortium certification websites.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image is-style-default"><figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="536" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-1024x536.jpg?x10805" alt="" class="wp-image-497264" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-1024x536.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-300x157.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-768x402.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-696x364.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-1068x559.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series-803x420.jpg 803w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vivo-X90-series.jpg 1302w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Starting off with the Geekbench listing, the database reveals that the X90 Pro global variant will carry the model number V2219. The listing also indicates the presence of an octa-core processor with a configuration of 1 + 3 + 4 cores and a peak frequency of 3.05GHz. The Vivo X90 series smartphone is listed as having an inbuilt Mali G715 Immortalis MC11 GPU. This demonstrates that, like its Chinese version, the Vivo X90 Pro global variant will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image is-style-default"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="767" height="946" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108.png?x10805" alt="" class="wp-image-505904" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108.png 767w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108-243x300.png 243w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108-324x400.png 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108-696x858.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Screenshot-2022-12-30-103108-341x420.png 341w" sizes="(max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px" /></figure></div>

<p>The device visited Geekbench with 12GB of RAM. However, we may anticipate that Vivo will also release it with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone will ship with Android 13 already installed. As for the benchmark results, The single-core round of the Geekbench 5 test yielded 1376 points for the Vivo X90 Pro. In contrast, the score in the multi-core round was 4327 points.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image is-style-default"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="660" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-1024x660.webp?x10805" alt="" class="wp-image-505899" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-1024x660.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-300x193.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-768x495.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-696x449.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-1068x688.webp 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC-652x420.webp 652w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/vivo-X90-Pro-Global-Variant-V2219-WPC.webp 1274w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Wireless Power Consortium database now includes information about the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro. The listing indicates that 11W was the maximum wireless power achieved during the test. The listings don&#8217;t reveal anything else but these. The Vivo X90 Pro&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2022/11/22/vivo-x90-pro-with-dimensity-9200-x90-pro-with-snapdragon-8-gen-2-launched/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">features and specs</a> are fully known, though, as the smartphone has already been released in China.</p>

The series includes the Mate 40, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-40-pro/">Mate 40 Pro</a>, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-40-pro-plus/">Mate 40 Pro+</a>, and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-40-rs-porsche-design/">Mate 40 RS Porsche Edition</a>. Alongside these phones, <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/huawei">Huawei</a> also announced a fifth Mate phone &#8211; the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-30e-pro-5g/">Mate 30E Pro 5G</a>. However, it appears there is another Mate 40 phone in the pipeline, one that will arrive as the Mate 40E.</p>
<p><figure id="attachment_362148" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-362148" style="width: 487px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-362148" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E.jpg?x10805" alt="Huawei Mate 40E" width="487" height="327" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E.jpg 487w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-300x201.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-485x327.jpg 485w" sizes="(max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-362148" class="wp-caption-text">Huawei Mate 40E</figcaption></figure></p>
<p>This new device was spotted in the database of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). The device which has model number OCE-AN00, (close to that of the Mate 40 which is OCE-AN10) was registered on December 9. The included image shows a device that looks like the standard Mate 40.</p>
<p>The phone packs a curved display with a hole in the top left corner of the screen for a single camera. The power button, which is red, is on the right side of the phone alongside the volume control button. On the back of the phone is a cookie-shaped camera housing that is home to four holes but three cameras. You can also see the Leica branding and an LED flash in the housing too. The Huawei Mate 40 has an audio jack and infrared sensor at the top while the bottom is home to the SIM tray, USB-C port, and a speaker grille.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-362149" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium.jpg?x10805" alt="Huawei Mate 40E" width="926" height="691" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium.jpg 926w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-300x224.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-768x573.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-80x60.jpg 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-265x198.jpg 265w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-696x519.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Mate-40E-wireless-power-consortium-563x420.jpg 563w" sizes="(max-width: 926px) 100vw, 926px" /></p>
<p>TENAA already <a href="http://shouji.tenaa.com.cn/mobile/MobileDetail.aspx?code=igrNcMUMc%2brPLyx5zSt8O7H6CQob04IZ">certified a Huawei phone with the OCE-AN00</a> model number. It has a 6.5-inch OLED screen with a 2376 x 1080 resolution. Unlike the standard Mate 40 which has a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/10/22/huawei-unveils-the-kirin-9000-chipset-its-first-5g-integrated-5nm-soc/">Kirin 9000E</a> processor with a clock speed of 3.13GHz, the Mate 40E has a 2.86GHz processor. Our guess is that this might be the Kirin 990E 5G or <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/09/06/huawei-announces-the-flagship-kirin-990-and-kirin-990-5g-feature-up-to-2-3gbps-download-speeds/">Kirin 990 5G</a> chipset. Since the Mate 40E has an “E” in its name, it is most likely powered by the Kirin 990E 5G.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">EDITOR&#8217;S PICK:</span> <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/23/huawei-enjoy-20-se-china-launch-price-specs-features/">HUAWEI Enjoy 20 SE launched in China with Kirin 710A, 22.5W fast charging, and more</a></strong></p>
<p>The phone will come in 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM variants with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor and it comes with a 16MP sensor and an 8MP sensor which should be the ultrawide and telephoto cameras respectively. The selfie camera is a 13MP sensor.</p>
<p>The Mate 40E, when it launches will have support for storage expansion, an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 4100mAh battery, and run <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/android-10">Android 10</a> out of the box. We do not know when the phone will be unveiled but as we can see from the specs, the Mate 40E is just a Mate 40 with a Kirin 990E 5G or Kirin 990 5G chipset, which means it should sell for less when it is announced.</p>
<p>Huawei most likely made this model due to its chip production issues. The <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/kirin-9000">Kirin 9000</a> series is in limited supply, so it is practically launching a Mate 40 phone with a last-gen processor.</p>

<p>With the average home having one smartphone, a smart display, and or smart speakers, alarm clocks should not be a thing anymore. Nevertheless, we won&#8217;t judge you if still use one. And if you are planning to pick up a new one or get one for a friend, then you should be on the lookout for this one from Timex that also has a wireless charging could at the top so you can wirelessly charge your phone while you sleep.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-355552" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging.jpg?x10805" alt="Timex Alarm Clock with Wireless Charging" width="805" height="474" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging.jpg 805w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging-300x177.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging-768x452.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging-696x410.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Timex-Alarm-Clock-with-Wireless-Charging-713x420.jpg 713w" sizes="(max-width: 805px) 100vw, 805px" /></p>
<p>The Timex Alarm Clock with Wireless Charging was <a href="https://www.wirelesspowerconsortium.com/products/10596">certified by the Wireless Power Consortium a few days ago</a>. The alarm clock has a red LED display and a qi wireless charger built into it. From the image provided by the WPC, users can set two different alarms on the clock. It comes in black and has a handful of physical buttons at the top, right next to where the wireless charging coil is positioned.</p>
<p>This is not Timex&#8217;s first alarm clock with support for Qi wireless charging. There is one that not only has a wireless charging coil but also has a speaker and a USB port for charging a second device.</p>
<p>We do not know when this alarm clock will launch but we are pretty sure there won&#8217;t be much fanfare, if any at all, when it is announced.</p>

The Bluetooth certificate revealed the product name as Mi Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earphones. It appears that won&#8217;t be the only TWS earbuds with ANC Xiaomi has been working on.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-338814" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-b.jpg?x10805" alt="Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro weibo" width="650" height="282" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-b.jpg 650w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-b-300x130.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px" /></p>
<p>The Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) has certified a pair of TWS earbuds called the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro with model number TWSEJ09WM. According to the Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station, the earbuds have active noise cancelation.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-338813" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-main.jpg?x10805" alt="Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro" width="636" height="800" /></p>
<p>The WPC page even has an image of the earbuds, thus giving us an early look at before Xiaomi unveils it. As you can see above, the earbuds have a closed-ear design with silicone tips to keep the sound in. There is a sensor visible on one of the earbuds which should be an infrared sensor for wear detection.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-338774" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC.jpg?x10805" alt="Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro WPC" width="856" height="657" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC.jpg 856w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-300x230.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-768x589.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-80x60.jpg 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-696x534.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones-2-Pro-WPC-547x420.jpg 547w" sizes="(max-width: 856px) 100vw, 856px" /></p>
<p>The earbuds stand vertically in a case similar to that of the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/mi-true-wireless-earphones-2">Mi True Wireless Earphones 2</a>. There is a button on the side of the case. There is also an LED in front which should light up when you place it on a wireless charger or plug a charging cable into it. We are glad the earbuds come in black rather than white like the previous models.</p>
<p>We do not know when Xiaomi will announce the earbuds but our guess is next month. However, it may launch first in China but under a different name.</p>

OnLeaks, he revealed that the phones will have support for wireless charging. This is a feature fans have demanded <a href="http://gimzochina.com/tag/oneplus">OnePlus</a> put in its phones for years but which the company had declined to do, giving the excuse that it is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/09/30/why-oneplus-7t-doesnt-feature-wireless-charging/">not as fast as wired charging</a>. That is no longer the case as last year, we saw phones with wireless charging speeds faster than several wired charging technologies.</p>
<p>Up until now, there has been no official proof that the OnePlus 8 series will support wireless charging. However, we now have evidence that OnePlus will indeed launch a product(s) with support for wireless charging.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-303126" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium.png?x10805" alt="OnePlus Wireless Power Consortium" width="724" height="725" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium.png 724w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium-150x150.png 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium-300x300.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium-696x697.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OnePlus-Wireless-Power-Consortium-419x420.png 419w" sizes="(max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px" /></p>
<p>For a company to launch a product with support for wireless charging, it must be a member of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). Prior to now, OnePlus has not been a member of the WPC. However, it has now been discovered that the Shenzhen-based company has become a “full member” of the organization, thus confirming that it will announce products (read phones and accessories) with support for wireless charging.</p>
<p>For weeks now, I have personally checked the WPC&#8217;s product database for any upcoming product from OnePlus but nothing has turned up. But that should change soon since its name has surfaced on the list of registered members. We expect the OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 phones, as well as OnePlus&#8217;s own first wireless charger, to surface on the database of the Wireless Power Consortium soon.</p>
<p>The OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will both be powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor and will have a 5G modem. Both phones will have curved punch-hole displays and frosted glass on the back. The Pro model will have four rear cameras while the standard model will have three rear cameras. It has also been reported that there will be a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/12/07/oneplus-8-lite-renders-leaks-with-a-design-similar-to-samsungs-galaxy-s11/">OnePlus 8 Lite</a>, a possible mid-range device with a more affordable price tag.</p>

However, that might be changing soon as OPPO has now joined the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), creators of the Qi wireless charging standard.</p>
<p><figure id="attachment_232042" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-232042" style="width: 861px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-232042" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/OPPO-Wireless-Power-Consortium.png?x10805" alt="OPPO Wireless Power Consortium" width="861" height="630" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/OPPO-Wireless-Power-Consortium.png 861w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/OPPO-Wireless-Power-Consortium-300x220.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/OPPO-Wireless-Power-Consortium-768x562.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 861px) 100vw, 861px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-232042" class="wp-caption-text">OPPO joining the WPC has sparked speculations that OnePlus may add wireless charging support to the OnePlus 7</figcaption></figure></p>
<p>If we are to go by the close relationship between OPPO and its sister company, <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/oneplus">OnePlus</a>, we think this may also mean the next OnePlus flagship, the OnePlus 7 may have support for wireless charging.</p>
<p>The news of OPPO joining the WPC was first reported by <em>ChargerLab</em> and it points at the manufacturer releasing a phone with wireless charging support soon.</p>
<p>If we were to take a guess, we would say the OPPO R19 (possibly OPPO R19 Pro) will be the first OPPO phone with support for Wireless Charging. OPPO may also surprise us and launch a successor to the Find X that will come with the feature.</p>
<p>The fact that some of OPPO and OnePlus phones share very close features has generated speculations that OnePlus may follow suit and launch a phone with wireless charging. However, this is just speculation. OnePlus hasn&#8217;t joined the Wireless Power Consortium and it will have to if it plans to launch a phone with the feature.</p>

<p>The OnePlus 7 isn&#8217;t expected to arrive until the second quarter, so there is still time for them to join the group.</p>
