Xiaomi’s Upcoming Headphone Will Feature a Ceramic Body & an Extraordinary Sound

Xiaomi revealed via its Mi Headphone Weibo page that a new headphone will be unveiled on March 23. The product is teased as coming with a featherweight and a new design. A second teaser has now emerged which shed some more light on the features of the Mi headset which should go official in just a matter of hours from now.

The second teaser for the product hints that the product would be manufactured using a new material. It also detailed the headset to come with an extraordinary sound output which gives a richer level of listening experience. The teaser image is two-faced. The right part is a flat porcelain plate while the left part is one part of a headphone. That is an indication that the new material from which the earphone will be manufactured is likely ceramics.

We still don’t know if this is a wired headset or a Bluetooth model but there are speculations that this is a new edition of the Mi Sports Bluetooth headphone. Xiaomi has got headsets having a metal body as well as plastic build. So, it would be interesting to see how good-looking a ceramic-built would be. We equally expect this new product to come with an affordable price tag.
