Among both the devices, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 sapphire blue uses a ceramic blue color which is jointly developed by the Palace Museum. While the Mi Mix 3 Forbidden City packs a blue hue and gold engraving. It comes with a mythical creature on its back and a 24K gold figurine.

It is the only variant of the Mi Mix 3 which carries a 10 GB RAM and  256 GB of Internal storage. It will also come with a wireless charger which can charge your device with upto 10W fast charging.  The exclusive variant of the device also comes with a protective case and a dedicated theme.

Ultimately, there are a lot of goodies which will help it to distinguish from the standard version of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. The sapphire blue color edition comes in 8GB RAM + 128 GB storage and is priced at 3599 Yuan. While Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 forbidden city is available at 4999 Yuan with 10 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage.

Additionally, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 carries a 6.39-inch Samsung AMOLED display with the resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Further, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with variable RAM as per the edition you are buying. In the camera department, Xiaomi has improved a lot with the front facing dual shooters of 24 megapixels + 2 megapixels. Though, on the rear side, there’s a 12 megapixel + 12-megapixel telephone lens.
