<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/26/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-launched-china/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi&#8217;s new flagship Pad 7S Pro </a>finally made its debut a week ago. It debuted alongside other premium tablets, but this one stood out from the rest. Not only does it offer the brand&#8217;s latest in-house chipset, the Pad 7S Pro also came with high-end specs for under $500. So here&#8217;s why this tablet is worth your attention.</p>

<h3>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro: Self-Developed, High Performance</h3>

<p>To recall, the Chinese tech giant <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/22/xiaomi-15s-pro-launched-china-specs-price/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">announced the Xiaomi 15S Pro</a> with the new XRing O1 processor back in May 2025. This chip was based on the advanced 3nm process and arrived as the brand&#8217;s first custom flagship chipset with impressive performance. In a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/19/xiaomi-pad-7s-pros-underclocked-xring-o1-still-outperforms-galaxy-tab-s10-ultra/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Geekbench</a> listing, the tablet was seen beating the Dimensity 9300+ powered Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, despite having an underclocked XRing O1 under the hood.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi-XRING-O1" class="wp-image-688133" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1-746x420.jpg 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Xiaomi-XRING-O1.jpg 1500w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi XRing O1</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>So even with its very first high-end priorietary chipset, Xiaomi managed to offer capable performance that can rival other flagship chips. The XRing O1 being based on the 3nm helps it be more power efficient as well, with a massive 10,610mAh cell further ensuring a long battery life. The fast charging rate doesn&#8217;t disappoint either, with support for 120W charging speeds.</p>

<h3>Big Gorgeous display &amp; a Premium Build</h3>

<p>The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro sports a tall 12.5-inch LCD panel that offers a 3.2K resolution, which makes the visual experience better on such a large display. Xiaomi is catering to gaming enthusiasts as well with an ultra high refresh rate of 144Hz. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="794" height="647" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro" class="wp-image-694350" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901.png 794w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901-300x244.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901-768x626.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901-696x567.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-26-210901-515x420.png 515w" sizes="(max-width: 794px) 100vw, 794px" /></figure></div>

<p>You also get slim bezels around the screen, a 3:2 aspect ratio for a better multitasking experience, HDR10, Dolby Vision, and 1000 nits of peak brightness. Xiaomi built the Pad 7S Pro with an all-metal aluminum chassis that measures just 5.8mm in thickness and weighs 576 grams in weight.</p>

<h3>Dolby Atmos Audio &amp; Productivity Focus</h3>

<p>Unlike smartphones, tablets have more internal real estate, which allows them to pack bigger and louder speakers for better audio. With the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, you get a quad speaker setup with tuning from Dolby Atmos. So be it gaming or movies, you won&#8217;t always need headphones with this tablet.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="768" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-768x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro" class="wp-image-692465" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-225x300.jpg 225w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-696x928.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-1068x1424.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-scaled.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser1-315x420.jpg 315w" sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro </figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Other handy and noteworthy features include an IR blaster that is quite useful, a side mounted fingerprint scanner, WiFi 7, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and the latest Android 15 OS based HyperOS 2 custom skin out of the box. Since the Pad 7S Pro was also built with productivity in mind, users get support for s “Remote Control PC” functions, Windows/macOS file transfers, and PC-grade software like WPS Office, CAJ Viewer, and ZWCAD.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/huawei/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Huawei</a> made a strong return to the ultra-premium smartphone market this June with the launch of its Pura 80 Series in China. The lineup includes the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-pura-80/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pura 80</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-pura-80-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">80 Pro</a>, 80 Pro+, and the top-tier <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-pura-80-ultra/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pura 80 Ultra</a>.</p>

<p>Design and imaging take center stage across the board, but the Ultra variant leads with a new 1-inch ultra-dynamic sensor, dual optical zoom levels at 3.7x and 9.4x, and a sensor-shift stabilization system. It pairs a 50MP ultra-large telephoto and a 40MP ultra-wide, moving mobile photography closer to mirrorless camera territory.</p>

<p>All models come with OLED displays and 120Hz refresh rates. The Pro and Ultra versions support 100W wired and 80W wireless charging, with battery capacities reaching 5,700mAh. Huawei also introduced second-gen Kunlun Glass protection and dual satellite connectivity on the Pro+ and Ultra. HarmonyOS 5.1 brings new features like AI-powered privacy tools and cross-device file teleportation.</p>

<p>Pricing starts at 6,499 yuan ($906) for the Pro model and goes up to 10,999 yuan ($1,532) for the Ultra. Huawei has confirmed that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/25/huaweis-pura-80-series-photography-flagship-gets-a-global-launch-date/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pura 80 series will launch globally on July 10</a> at an event in Dubai.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/xiaomi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi</a> is preparing to host one of <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/23/xiaomi-june-26-launch-yu7-mix-flip-2-k80-ultra-pad-7s-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">its most ambitious product events of the year</a> on June 26, bringing a diverse lineup that spans foldable smartphones, high-performance tablets, wearables, and even an electric SUV. The company has teased its intent to expand far beyond mobile, and this event solidifies its push into a broader hardware ecosystem.</p>

<h4><strong>Xiaomi Mix Flip 2</strong></h4>

<p>The star of the event is expected to be the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mix-flip-2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mix Flip 2</a>, Xiaomi’s first flip-style foldable and its only foldable for 2025. The device aims to compete directly with Samsung’s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-z-flip-7/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Galaxy Z Flip 7</a>, and the specifications make that ambition clear. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and features a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED inner display alongside a 4.01-inch outer screen.</p>

<p>Imaging is handled by a dual rear camera setup tuned by Leica, including a 50MP main sensor. The device is rated IPX8 for water resistance, and battery life should be among the best in the flip segment thanks to a 5,100mAh cell. The phone supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging. With no Mix Fold launching this year, the Mix Flip 2 stands as Xiaomi’s sole entry into the foldable market in 2025.</p>

<h4><strong>Redmi K Pad</strong></h4>

<p>Xiaomi is also entering the compact gaming tablet segment with the new Redmi K Pad. It features an 8.8-inch LCD panel with a 165Hz refresh rate, making it well-suited for fast-paced gaming. The device is powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and comes equipped with dual USB-C ports for flexibility and accessory support.</p>

<p>In performance tests, the K Pad scored 8915 in Geekbench’s multi-core benchmark, positioning it among the top-performing Android tablets of its size. Xiaomi has added custom thermal tuning to keep temperatures in check during extended sessions. The display supports Dolby Vision, and the device has been designed to be lightweight and easy to use with one hand, appealing to both gamers and productivity users.</p>

<h4><strong>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro</strong></h4>

<p>For users looking for a larger, more powerful tablet, Xiaomi will unveil the Pad 7S Pro. This model features a 12.5-inch 3.2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It also debuts Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O1 chip, designed to enhance performance and energy efficiency. The tablet supports 120W wired charging, placing it in flagship territory for speed and usability.</p>

<p>The Pad 7S Pro is expected to compete with premium devices like the iPad Pro, though pricing may be slightly more accessible. It is designed for creative professionals and power users who are already part of Xiaomi’s HyperOS ecosystem.</p>

<h4><strong>Redmi K80 Ultra</strong></h4>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/redmi-k80-ultra/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi K80 Ultra</a> is also set to launch at the event. This device will serve as Redmi’s summer performance flagship, with a focus on gaming and raw processing power. While full specifications are yet to be detailed officially, it is expected to come with aggressive pricing and a hardware configuration that reflects the brand’s high-performance identity. The design language continues Redmi’s trend of blending industrial aesthetics with practical functionality.</p>

<h4><strong>Xiaomi YU7 Electric SUV</strong></h4>

<p>In a move that highlights Xiaomi’s broader ambitions, the event will also mark the debut of the company’s first electric SUV, the Xiaomi YU7. The vehicle has already been spotted in leaked renders and spec documentation. It is expected to feature a 96.3kWh battery, deliver a driving range of up to 835 kilometers, and offer rapid acceleration capabilities.</p>

<p>The YU7 marks Xiaomi’s formal entry into the automotive sector following the debut of its SU7 electric sedan earlier in the year. With smartphones, tablets, and now cars under its belt, Xiaomi is positioning itself as a multi-category hardware company capable of delivering across different consumer segments.</p>

<h4><strong>Smart Band 10 &amp; More</strong></h4>

<p>The wearable segment is also set for a refresh. Xiaomi will introduce the Smart Band 10, featuring a 1.72-inch AMOLED display, a 233mAh battery, and support for up to 150 sports modes. According to earlier leaks, the Band 10 will launch globally on June 30 and is expected to retain a budget-friendly price tag.</p>

<p>In addition to the Band 10, Xiaomi will also unveil new accessories, including the Watch S4 (41mm), Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro, and updated AI Glasses.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> has been teasing the arrival of its upcoming flagship tablet, the Pad 7s Pro, in China. Earlier this week, the device <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/19/xiaomi-pad-7s-pros-underclocked-xring-o1-still-outperforms-galaxy-tab-s10-ultra/">appeared on Geekbench</a>, confirming the presence of Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O1 chipset. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the complete specifications of the tablet via Weibo.</p>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="659" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-1024x659.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro " class="wp-image-693021" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-1024x659.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-300x193.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-768x494.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-696x448.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1-653x420.jpg 653w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-teaser-1-1068x1424-1.jpg 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro </figcaption></figure></div>

<p>As per the leak, the Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro will arrive with a 12.5-inch LCD panel offering a 3.2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will support a peak brightness of 1000 nits and full DC dimming for eye comfort. Xiaomi is said to be preparing a special variant with a soft light screen for enhanced reading comfort.</p>

<p>The Pad 7S Pro will be equipped with the feature Xiaomi’s in-house 3.4GHz <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xring-o1">Xring O1</a> processor. It will house a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/16/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-key-specifications-design-revealed/">10,610mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging</a>, offering rapid top-ups despite its massive capacity. The camera setup includes a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel sensor on the back.</p>

<p>Other highlights include a quad-microphone array, support for a magnetic floating keyboard, and compatibility with Xiaomi’s latest stylus, the Focus Touch Pen. The device will run on HyperOS 2.0-based Android 15. It will have a remarkably thin 5.8mm profile and weigh just 576 grams, making it highly portable despite its large size.</p>

<p>The Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro is likely to debut later this month in China, possibly<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/18/xiaomi-mix-flip-2-coming-this-month/"> alongside the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2</a>, which is rumoured to be the company’s only foldable phone for 2025.</p>

<p>According to the Geekbench 6 listing, the Pad 7S Pro scored 2,631 in single-core and 8,449 in multi-core CPU tests. It&#8217;s actually a little over what we saw <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/18/xiaomi-15s-pro-xring-01-geekbench-performance/">with the Xiaomi 15s Pro</a>: 2413 and 8068 in single and multi-core tests, respectively.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="557" height="816" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/21de6826-9452-4be6-bb0f-cb7613f37036.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-693020" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/21de6826-9452-4be6-bb0f-cb7613f37036.jpg 557w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/21de6826-9452-4be6-bb0f-cb7613f37036-205x300.jpg 205w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/21de6826-9452-4be6-bb0f-cb7613f37036-287x420.jpg 287w" sizes="(max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px" /></figure></div>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/19/xiaomi-xring-o1-chip-everything-we-know/">Xring O1</a> is built on TSMC’s 3nm process and features a 10-core setup: two cores at 1.80GHz, two at 1.89GHz, four at 3.04GHz, and two performance cores topping out at 3.40GHz. While its prime cores are clocked lower than those in the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/21/xiaomi-pad-7-ultra-outshines-galaxy-tab-s10-ultra-on-geekbench-with-self-developed-xring-o1-chip/">Pad 7 Ultra</a> (3.7GHz) and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/18/xiaomi-15s-pro-xring-01-geekbench-performance/">Xiaomi 15S Pro</a> (3.9GHz), the Pad 7S Pro still holds its own — and even surpasses Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, which uses the Dimensity 9300+ (scoring 2,192 and 7,327, respectively). If anything, we are expecting improved stability at the cost of some short-term peak performance.</p>

<p>That said, it&#8217;s still just a benchmark that doesn&#8217;t measure sustained performance effectively, and we&#8217;ll need to test the device ourselves before commenting on the sustained performance. Nevertheless, the Xring O1 on the Pad 7S Pro is paired with 16GB of RAM, and the device runs on Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, just like the Xiaomi 15S Pro.</p>

<p>The tablet will likely be announced in late June 2025. It’s expected to come in four color options — purple, black, Cambrian gray, and titanium — and will feature a 12.5-inch display, a slim 5.8mm profile, and a 576g body. The camera setup could include a 50MP main sensor, and a massive 12,160mAh battery is also on the cards.</p>

</figure>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/02/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-bluetooth-certification/">Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro</a> is confirmed to feature <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/08/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-leak-2/">a 12.5-inch LCD panel</a> and <span style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">com</span>e equipped with a 12,160mAh battery, supporting 120W fast charging. The device is expected to run on HyperOS 2.0-based Android 15 and bring a PC-like software experience.</p>

<p>The Pad 7S Pro supports the Xiaomi Pen stylus and features a slim profile of 5.8mm. The rest of its specs are under wraps. It is speculated that the Pad 7S Pro may compete directly with the iPad Air series.</p>

<p>Official renders show that the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro retains a premium, all-metal unibody design and a four-sided narrow bezel display with rounded corners. It will ship with a new floating keyboard accessory similar to the one offered with the Pad 7 Ultra. This accessory includes a high-precision metal hinge for enhanced stability, along with a large built-in trackpad, delivering a more laptop-like experience for users.</p>

<p>The tablet is also expected to support rear car mounting—something the Pad 7 Ultra lacked—making it a more practical fit for in-car setups powered by the Xring O1 platform. Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is expected to unveil the Redmi K80 Ultra and Redmi K Pad, a compact gaming-friendly tablet, later this month in China. Likely, the Pad 7S Pro may debut through the same launch event.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/xiaomi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi</a> is getting ready to launch two new high-end tablets: the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/04/ipad-mini-7-killer-redmis-compact-gaming-tablet-receives-3c-certification-days-before-launch/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi Gaming Tablet </a>and the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro. A new leak has now revealed key details about the Pad 7S Pro.</p>

<p>Leaker Digital Chat Station says the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro will likely run on the XRing O1 chipset, the same in-house chip used in the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-7-ultra/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra</a>. The leak mentions four new tablets coming this month, including one large model with this chip, strongly suggesting it is the Pad 7S Pro.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="630" height="299" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-08-042622.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-690651" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-08-042622.png 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-08-042622-300x142.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px" /></figure>

<p>The tablet will come with a 12.5-inch LCD display and support 120W fast charging. It will sit below the Pad 7 Ultra but above the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro in the lineup, with pricing to match.</p>

<p>The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5-inch and its Soft Light version were <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/06/02/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-bluetooth-certification/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recently listed on Bluetooth SIG</a>, confirming the display size and suggesting an official launch in China this month. The tablet also appeared on China’s 3C certification site with a 120W charger.</p>

<p>The Pad 7S Pro is expected to replace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with Xiaomi’s XRing O1 chip, already used in the Xiaomi 15s Pro and Pad 7 Ultra. The larger tablet size is expected to handle heat and modem issues better than smartphones, allowing improved CPU performance and smoother use with HyperOS.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="712" height="156" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/image-9.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-689664" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/image-9.png 712w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/image-9-300x66.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/image-9-696x152.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px" /></figure></div>

<p>Tipped to launch this month in China, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro will be a flagship offering, featuring a 12.5-inch LCD screen. The device has been previously <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/16/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-flagship-tablet-in-the-works/">spotted with a 120W charger</a> at the 3C certification platform in China.</p>

<p>Speculation is rife that this <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/30/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-leak/">tablet could adopt</a> Xiaomi’s in-house <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xring-O1">Xring O1</a> chip, replacing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip found in its predecessor. The O1 chip also powers the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-15s-pro">Xiaomi 15s Pro</a> and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-7-ultra">Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra</a>, which debuted last month in China.</p>

<p>While the initial user feedback has been promising, the chip’s performance in smartphones is said to be slightly hampered by external modem and heat issues. However, the larger size of the tablet is said to address these challenges effectively. This leads to improved CPU performance and smoothness, especially when coupled with Xiaomi’s HyperOS.</p>

<p>The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro with an LCD panel is expected to be positioned lower than the Pad 7 Ultra, which features an AMOLED panel. If the Pad 7S Pro indeed features the Xring O1 chip, it could reduce the entry point for this proprietary chip, opening doors for more users to experience its performance gains and boosting the popularity of Xiaomi’s self-developed technology.</p>

But it seems like another premium tablet is also in the works. This new model could be the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, which just surfaced in a fresh leak that revealed some high end specs. So let&#8217;s check it out.</p>

<h2>Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro: What does it offer?</h2>

<p>This isn&#8217;t the first time we&#8217;ve heard of the Chinese tech giant&#8217;s upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro. Earlier this month, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro was spotted on the 3C certification. It revealed its 25053RP5CC model number and support for 120W wired fast charging. As the name suggests, it is the direct successor to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-6s-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro</a> (<strong><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/03/12/xiaomi-pad-6s-pro-12-4-review-bigger-stronger-but-costlier/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Review</a></strong>). </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-610645" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102801.891.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Known tipster Digital Chat Station previously revealed that this high end tablet will sport a 12.5-inch display. But in one of his <a href="https://weibo.com/6048569942/Pu22T4vRR" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">newer Weibo</a> posts, he claimed that it will be an LCD panel and not an OLED screen like the one found on the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra. While details regarding its specs and features are still under wraps, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro is expected to launch with a flagship grade processor.</p>

<p>This might be Qualcomm&#8217;s Snapdragon 8 Elite or the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. There&#8217;s also a chance that the company might debut this tablet with its brand new proprietary chip, the XRing O1. To recall, this is the same processor that powers the brand&#8217;s newest flagship phone, the Xiaomi 15S Pro. Unfortunately, that was all the information that was revealed in the latest leak, so stick around for more. </p>

<p>A new model in the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/04/xiaomi-pad-7-launched-in-europe/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi Pad 7 series</a> might debut soon. The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro first surfaced a couple of months ago, now a fresh leak has revealed its flagship positioning. This hints at some high end specs and features, so here&#8217;s everything we know so far.</p>

<h2>Premium Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro launching soon?</h2>

<p>The Chinese tech giant&#8217;s upcoming Pad 7S Pro was first spotted on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/03/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-3c-certification/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">3C certification</a> back in March 2025. While the listing did not reveal a lot of details, it did confirm support for 120W wired fast charging and its 25053RP5CC model numbers. These specs already hinted at a high end tablet, but known tipster <em><a href="https://weibo.com/6048569942/Ps2ZLqsSL" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Digital Chat Station</a></em>, confirmed a few more details ahead of any official announcement. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-610620" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-12.4.mp4_20240312_102534.060.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The latest info was shared on a Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website) post, where DCS claimed that the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro is positioned as a flagship model. He further adds that the tablet supports 120W fast charging and sport a tall 12.5-inch display. The type of screen technology is still unknown, but it could be an OLED panel or at least a 2K+ resolution LCD screen. As the name suggests, the tablet is the direct successor of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-6s-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro</a>. </p>

<p>To recall, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro (<strong><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/03/12/xiaomi-pad-6s-pro-12-4-review-bigger-stronger-but-costlier/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Review</a></strong>) was announced back in 2024 with a 12.4-inch display with a 3.2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 900 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, this model featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. While it wasn&#8217;t the latest processor at the time, it still offered high end performance. In other words, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro may arrive with either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Keep in mind that this is still just speculation, so take this with a pinch of salt.</p>

According to tipster Experience More, all three tablets will break cover in April. Ahead of the launch, the source has leaked the key specifications of all three devices.</p>

<h3><strong>Oppo Pad 4 Pro</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="962" height="403" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-27.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-676360" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-27.png 962w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-27-300x126.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-27-768x322.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-27-696x292.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 962px) 100vw, 962px" /><figcaption>Oppo Pad 4 Pro, Vivo Pad 4 Pro, and Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro tipped to launch in April </figcaption></figure>

<p>According to the tipster, the Oppo Pad 4 Pro will feature a 13.2-inch LCD panel, a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-elite">Snapdragon 8 Elite</a>/ chipset, and a 12,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. It appears to be the Oppo tablet with the OPD2409 model number, which was spotted with an 80W charger at the 3C certification. This tablet is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/28/oppo-pad-4-pro-to-debut-with-snapdragon-8-elite-in-april-alongside-find-x8-ultra/">expected to launch</a> alongside the Find X8 Ultra, Find X8S, and Find X8 Mini.</p>

<h3><strong>Vivo Pad 4 Pro</strong></h3>

<p>A Vivo tablet with the PD2573 model number was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/06/alleged-vivo-pad-4-pro-3c-certified-reveals-12-95-inch-display-66w-charging/">recently approved by China’s 3C authority</a>. This device seems to be the Vivo Pad 4 Pro, which may break cover along with the Vivo X200 Ultra, X200S, and Vivo Watch 5 in April. According to the tipster, the Pad 4 Pro will feature a 12.95-inch LCD panel, a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9400">Dimensity 9400 </a>chip, and a 12,000mAh battery with 66W rapid charging support. A <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/06/alleged-vivo-pad-4-pro-3c-certified-reveals-12-95-inch-display-66w-charging/">recent leak</a> revealed that its screen will support a 3.1K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. </p>

<p>Vivo may also launch an entry-level tablet dubbed the Vivo Pad SE. This device was spotted with a PD2511 model number and 15W charger at the 3C certification recently. </p>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro</strong></h3>

<p>As seen in the Weibo post, while the tipster has claimed that Xiaomi will launch a tablet with a 14-inch OLED panel and 120W fast charging support, he hasn’t mentioned its marketing name. As per other reports, this device, which has already <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/03/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-3c-certification/">bagged 3C certification</a> in China, will be called the Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro when it hits the market.</p>

<h3><strong>Redmi Turbo 4 Pro incoming in April</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="957" height="484" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-676354" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26.png 957w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26-300x152.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26-768x388.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26-696x352.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/image-26-830x420.png 830w" sizes="(max-width: 957px) 100vw, 957px" /><figcaption>Xiaomi&#8217;s forthcoming devices officially confirmed </figcaption></figure>

<p>One of the biggest announcements was the upcoming launch of a new Redmi smartphone, expected next month. This device, believed to be the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-turbo-4-pro">Redmi Turbo 4 Pro</a>, is designed to cater to young consumers seeking high performance, quality, and extended battery life. The phone is rumored to feature the next-generation <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-elite">Snapdragon 8s Elite</a> chipset, which could make it one of the first phones to run on this powerful new processor. Expect excellent performance, a long-lasting battery, and overall improved user experience.</p>

<h3><strong>Redmi K80 Ultra and next Xiaomi Civi phone confirmed</strong></h3>

<p>In addition to the Turbo 4 Pro, Mia revealed that Xiaomi is working on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k80-ultra">Redmi K80 Ultra</a>, with a release expected earlier than last year’s model. While the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k70-ultra">Redmi K70 Ultra</a> launched in July 2024, the K80 Ultra could be unveiled in May or June. This device is likely to feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9400-plus">Dimensity 9400 Plus</a> chipset, which will also power future models from Vivo, Oppo, and iQOO.</p>

<p>For fans seeking a balanced flagship experience, the Xiaomi Civi series will also see a significant update. The upcoming <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-civi-5-pro/">Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro</a> is expected to offer major improvements, all while maintaining its sleek and compact design. This model may include the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-elite">Snapdragon 8s Elite</a> SoC, delivering top-tier performance in a premium, smaller package.</p>

<p>Furthermore, Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new tablet aimed at users who demand both portability and power. This device is rumored to be the<strong> </strong>Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro<strong>,</strong> which was recently spotted at <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/03/xiaomi-pad-7s-pro-3c-certification/">China’s 3C certification</a> with a 120W charger.</p>

<h3><strong>Redmi K90 Series and Xiaomi YU7</strong></h3>

<p>Mia also mentioned that Xiaomi is working on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/redmi-k90">Redmi K90</a> series, focusing particularly on a major upgrade to its imaging capabilities. However, since the K90 is still in early development, she advised fans to focus on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k80">Redmi K80</a> lineup for now. Based on Xiaomi’s usual release schedule, the K90 series could be announced in November 2025.</p>

<p>Finally, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi-yu7">Xiaomi’s YU7</a> model, which is being hyped as a Tesla Model Y killer, is undergoing road testing. The test will be led by Xiaomi’s top executive, Wang Teng Thomas, with reports suggesting the device will debut in China in July.</p>

<p>Interestingly, there was no mention of Xiaomi&#8217;s foldable segment during the live broadcast. According to reports, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mix-flip-2">Xiaomi Mix Flip 2</a>, which is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, is slated for a May release. However, it appears that there will be no new book-style foldable device from the brand this year</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/xiaomi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi</a> unveiled its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-7/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pad 7</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-7-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pad 7 Pro</a> tablets in China back in October 2024, and while the standard Pad 7 just made its global debut at MWC 2025, the lineup might not be done expanding.</p>

<p>According to recent leaks, Xiaomi is working on another addition to the series, and the device has now surfaced on China’s 3C certification database.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="244" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-3C-certification.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-675448" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-3C-certification.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-3C-certification-300x81.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-3C-certification-768x208.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Xiaomi-Pad-7s-Pro-3C-certification-696x189.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>A report from a Russian blog suggests this could be the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, a successor to last year’s Pad 6S Pro. The tablet appeared in regulatory filings under the model number 25032RP42C, and notably, it seems to support 120W fast charging.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, the 3C certification doesn’t mention any cellular connectivity, suggesting this might be a Wi-Fi-only variant.</p>

<p>The model number—specifically the &#8220;2503&#8221;—hints at a possible March 2025 launch. Details are still scarce, but if it&#8217;s anything like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-pad-6s-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pad 6S Pro</a>, we can expect premium specs.</p>

<p>For reference, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro features a 12.4-inch display with a 3K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It packs a dual-camera setup on the back, with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth lens, while the 20MP front camera skips the 3D ToF sensor found on its Max sibling.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="700" height="700" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085.webp?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Pad 6s Pro" class="wp-image-648255" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085.webp 700w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085-300x300.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085-150x150.webp 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085-696x696.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pms17085-420x420.webp 420w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></figure></div>

<p>Under the hood, the Pad 6S Pro runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Powering the device is a 10,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. It also marked the first Xiaomi tablet to ship with HyperOS pre-installed.</p>

<p>Connectivity-wise, the Pad 6S Pro includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB-C port. If the Pad 7S Pro follows in its footsteps, it could be one of the most powerful Android tablets on the market.</p>

<p>For now, there’s no official word from Xiaomi, but with a possible launch window after March, we might not have to wait long to find out more.</p>
