Xiaomi is planning to built their new smartphone and now we have found the information through Teena website that Xiaomi is now has a new Android smartphone.

Accorind to recent rumor, Xiaomi is preparing the two new smartphone which has model number 2,014,018 and 2,014,017, the former supports WCDMA network, which the other is supports for TD-SCDMA network.

And we assume that the phone is the new Red Rice 2 smartphone since those phone did not support for 4G network. And we’ve ever covered the new this moring that Xiaomi REd Rice 2 will be developed by Wingtech and the phone will be available on April this year.

Xiaomi is prepared the upcoming Red Rice 2, that will be two versions, the other version is packs with 5 inch screen and sports with 1GB of RAM, while the other version is packs with 5,5 inch screen size and sports with 2GB of RAM.

And accroding to the rumors, Xiaomi is ready to release the next generation of Red Rice phone and planning to released on April this year, the phone will be powered by MediaTek MT6592T eight-core processor.

There is threee Chinese operator that ready to adopt this phone that support for 3G connection in their netwrok, unfortunately this phone is not support FDD / TDD 4G standard, but  the good news is, the phone will offers with 799 yuan price tag or around $130 USD per unit.

There is the information from the internal Wingtech employee that the Xiaomi is ready to release the Red Rice 2 phone since the phone is under production now, Wingtech is the one of OEM manufacturer for most smartphone vendor but there is detail information about the reelase date of upcoming Red Rice 2 smartphone.

Xiaomi is ready to release their new flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Red Rice 2, this is the second generation of Xiaomi red Rice and this phone will ready to release before end of this month.

Xiaomi red rice 2 is said to be equipped with 5-inch 1280 x 720 resolution screen, as the processor may use MT6592 eight-core, there is news that the second generation of Xiaomi Red Rice will be using MTK6588 quad-core processor, this processor is unreleased by MediaTek.

Combines historical news perspective red rice 2 with 5.5 inches screen has high credibility, and similar to Huawei Honor 3X and Honor 3C, while the phone will be sold at 799 yuan price or around $131 USD price tag, but Xiaomi will drop the price to 599 USD price or just $98 USD, this is the interesting price for tru octa core processor on the market and ready to compete with Huawei Honor 3C smartphone.

After we’ve covered the news about the Xiaomi is ready to release the next generation of Red Rice smartphone or also known as Red Rice 2 smartphone, and now we heard that the phone will be available in twi version, what’s is the different?

The Red Rice smartphone will be packs with 5,5 inch screen size but the phone will has different processor, the Xiaomi Red Rice 2 will be available with MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor and the other version will be powered by MT6588 processor.

Although the MT6588 processor is not yet available in the market, but the specs of those phone has been exposure, the MT6588 version will has 28nm HPM new processor, with A7 core chipset with 1.7Ghz (rumors 1.8/1.9G data should be incorrect), support for LP DDR3 memory. MT6588 will has same GPU with MT6592 for MALI-450MP4, but the frequency is lower than the MT6592 GPU is about 600MHz, supports 13 megapixel camera and 1080P video recording and playback.

The MediaTek MTK6588 is currently the most powerful performance quad-core processor in the market today, since the chipset has graphics processors and other aspects of strengthening, multimedia, games and other aspects of the experience will certainly be surpassed 6589/6589T chipset.

In early 2013, Xiaomi has officially unveil Android-based smartphone, that’s the Xiaomi Red Rice. This phone are quite popular due to the price factor. And now we heard that the Xioami will release the next generation of Xiaomi Red Rice smartphone or we caled as Xiaomi Red Rice 2.

The next generation of Xiaomi Red Rice 2 will be unveiled in December. According to reports, Red Rice 2 will offer a octa-core MediaTek’s chipset and this is the first eight-core smartphone from Xiaomi and the phone will be packs with 5.5-inch screen size with a resolution of 720P HD display.

While for now, there is no official statement from Xiaomi, so we have to wait for the next update.
