Most large companies usually hold their staff get-together towards the end of the year which is a time for fun and merriment. Xiaomi has also been revealed to have a package lined up for its staff who have spent 5 years in the company. This was disclosed by Xiaomi’s director of public relations Liu Fei via a Weibo post. The innovative Chinese startup will be rewarding loyal staffs who have spent five years in the company with a golden rabbit award (pictured).

The picture of the awards the Xiaomi official shared shows that there are lots of awards to be given, an indication that a good number of the staffs have spent five years working at Xiaomi. Does that mean Xiaomi’s employees are happy with the company? That’s what it seems like.
