The Chinese tech giant’s latest Mini LED Smart TVs arrive with a frameless, boundless design with super slim bezels surrounding the screen. Xiaomi previously released the TV S Pro Mini LED Series 2026 in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch models, and now, the company has announced a massive 98-inch model in the brand’s home market of China. The gigantic display supports a 144Hz refresh rate that can be bumped up to 288Hz, MEMC technology (at 4K 120Hz), 93 per cent, DCI-P3, HDR10+, Dolby Vision support, and peak brightness of 5,700 nits.

With Mini LED technology, the biggest Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED 2026 model offers 880 dimming zones. You also get Xiaomi Qingshan eye protection, a Filmmaker maker mode, and Xiaomi’s Visual Engine Pro that incorporates low reflection tech to reduce glare for a more immersive experience. For audio, the smart TVs feature a 2.1.2 audi Harman tuned speaker setup that includes 2 25W full-range and high-frequency audio units, 1 15W low-frequency unit, and 2 8W high-frequency drivers.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED Series 2-6 runs on a quad core chip with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with the model running on Google TV. Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, three HDMI 2.1 ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an Ethernet port. Xiaomi recently unveiled the 65-inch and 75-inch versions of the TV S Pro in China. Now, the brand has officially announced that they will be launching an 85-inch version of the television at the October 26 launch event. For those unaware, October 26 marks the date Xiaomi plans to unveil the Xiaomi 14 series smartphones in China.

The standout feature of this TV will be its Mini LED screen. For those unaware, Mini-LED TV panels are a newer type of LCD TV panel that uses smaller LEDs for backlighting. This results in better image quality, with deeper blacks, brighter highlights, and better contrast. Mini-LED TVs are also more energy-efficient and have a longer lifespan than traditional LCD TVs.

The Xiaomi TV S Pro features a 4K resolution screen with a high-refresh-rate Mini LED display at 144Hz. The screen also offers a peak brightness of 2200 nits with 10-bit color & Dolby Vision certification.

In terms of performance, the TV is powered by a quad-core A73 processor, ensuring smooth operation. It comes with 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB of storage for apps and content.

Xiaomi launches 65-inch and 75-inch versions of the TV S Pro in China

Xiaomi has announced 65-inch and 75-inch versions of the TV S Pro in China, following the launch of the 100-inch flagship in August. The smaller TVs are more affordable, while still offering impressive specifications. Let’s take a closer look at them here.

Xiaomi TV S Pro 65/75-inch Specifications

Both TVs feature 4K 144Hz high-refresh-rate Mini LED screens with a peak brightness of 2200 nits. These are 10-bit panels, which means they can render 1.07 billion colors. And the screen also has a Delta E value close to 1 (ΔE≈1) and Dolby Vision certification.

While both TVs share the majority of these features, there main difference between them is the number of backlight zones. The 65-inch model has 896 backlight zones, while the 75-inch model has 1152 backlight zones. Thus, the 75-inch model should render a bit more precise and nuanced images, especially in dark scenes. But certainly, the differences should not be that noticeable in regular TV viewing.

In terms of performance, the 65- and 75-inch TV S Pro models are powered by a quad-core A73 processor and come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. This should be more than enough for most people’s needs.
