However, Xiaomi actually tested a smartphone without a physical button 1.5 years ago and gave up on launching it. Meet the Unreleased “Wangshu” Prototype!

Xiaomi has a mysterious MIX smartphone codenamed ‘Wangshu’. This smartphone did not have physical buttons and had a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. At the same time, this device had an under-screen camera and 200W fast charging support. When we analyze the MIUI code, we think that the codename ‘Wangshu’ belongs to this prototype MIX device.

This special smartphone with the MIX logo on the top and bottom did not have any physical buttons. Xiaomi tested its first device without physical buttons 1.5 years ago. ‘Wangshu’ had a 2K 120Hz LTPO display and came with a 4500mAh battery. Everyone wanted this special device to be introduced, but Xiaomi gave up a long time ago. As mentioned above, the smartphone impresses with 200W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
