However, after this event, the company reportedly has another event scheduled on September 13, where we expect the <strong>Meizu Pro 7 flagship</strong> to be unveiled. The company is said to go back to Samsung&#8217;s Exynos series, this time, Exynos 8890 for the Pro 7 flagship. Now, the latest information from China reveals that alongside the new flagship phone, the company could also release its Flyme 6 OS.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-55899" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1.png?x10805" alt="Meizu-flyme-5.0" width="535" height="535" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1.png 535w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1-150x150.png 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1-300x300.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Meizu-working-on-Lollipop-update_1-420x420.png 420w" sizes="(max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px" /></a></p>
<p>It&#8217;s been almost a year since Flyme 5 was announced, so it&#8217;s about time we saw the next version of the Flyme UI. In case you are wondering, there is a possibility that the Pro 7 won&#8217;t come with Flyme 6 UI pre-installed, since last year, we saw that the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/09/17/meizu-pro-5-wont-come-with-flyme-5-os-at-launch/">Flyme 5 OS was announced alongside the Pro 5 flagship</a> but was only <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/11/15/meizu-pro-5-receives-flyme-5-beta-update-finally/">available for the device after a few months</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">READ MORE:</span> <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/07/05/meizu-pro-7-first-images-leaked/">Meizu Pro 7: First images leaked</a></strong></p>
<p>As for the Pro 7, unlike the Pro 6 which came with only enough specs to be considered as a flagship device, i<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/08/21/meizu-pro-7-two-versions-curved-flat-displays/">t is expected to come with</a> power packed features such as Exynos 8890, 4GB / 6GB RAM variants, curved display and 12MP rear camera.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/meizu-pro-7-leak.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-88599" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/meizu-pro-7-leak.jpg?x10805" alt="meizu pro 7 leak" width="640" height="363" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/meizu-pro-7-leak.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/meizu-pro-7-leak-300x170.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></a></p>
<p>The pricing of the device was also leaked before. It is said that the Pro 7 with 4GB RAM would cost 2799 Yuan ($420) and the one with 6GB RAM would cost 3099 Yuan ($465). Of course, as of now, we can&#8217;t be sure of the pricing, but expect more details in the coming days.</p>
