The Huawei Nova 4 launched as Huawei‘s first phone with a punch hole display and the world’s first phone with the 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor.

The phone was announced in two variants – a high-end model with a 48MP primary rear sensor and a standard model that has a 20MP primary rear sensor. Both have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Huawei has now announced a 6GB RAM variant which also has a 20MP primary rear camera.

The new variant is priced at ¥2799 (~$416) and comes in Red, Black, White, and Blue. It is already available for purchase on Vmall.

The 6GB version of the Huawei Nova 4 has a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with a 2310 x 1080 resolution. It is powered by the Kirin 970 and runs EMUI 9.0.1 based on Android 9 Pie. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and packs a 3,750mAh battery.

The Nova 4’s selfie camera is a 25MP f/2.0 sensor. There are three cameras on the rear – a 16MP f/2.2 super wide angle camera, a 20MP f/1.8 main camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth-sensing camera. The phone doesn’t support NFC and neither does it have a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion.

Huawei will include a free gift with the first 800 orders of the phone.
