Exactly a week after the specs of the Honor 9X Pro leaked, those of the non-pro variant have also surfaced. The specs of the Honor 9X are from the same source and just as he said for the Pro variant, they are yet to be confirmed.

Honor 8X’ (pictured above) successor coming soon

The Honor 9X may come with an LCD screen that is between 6.5 and 6.7 inches in size. There is no mention of the design of the display but there will be a 20MP camera in front for selfies.

The phone will have triple rear cameras which is made up of a 24MP primary camera, an 8MP super-wide angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor for capturing depth details.

RODENT950 says the Honor 9X may also come with the new 7nm Kirin 810 which powers the Huawei Nova 5 and will power the Honor 9X Pro. The RAM and storage weren’t revealed but we expect there will be multiple configurations available. The phone will have a 3750mAh battery with support for 10W charging. This is the same battery capacity and power rating of the Honor 8X.

Other features not mentioned but which it should have are a fingerprint scanner, an audio jack, and support for storage expansion. The Honor 9X should also run EMUI 9 based on Android Pie out of the box.

The Honor 8X launched in September but Honor may be bringing its successor early this time. Nevertheless, we don’t expect it to arrive until probably late next month.
