As per the reports, the Galaxy S11 lineup will come with major upgrades in the camera department. It is expected to have ultrahigh resolutions and support for recording at high zoom levels, in addition to extra time-of-flight sensors.

Now, a new report has revealed another major feature for the upcoming flagship smartphones — Space Zoom. It reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S11 and S11+ will come with support for 100X Super Zoom feature.

While it is not yet known what type of periscope, pixel-binning or straight-out cropping trickery the South Korean giant is planning to employ to achieve the maximum 100x zoom level, but the amount of detail that 108MP camera sensors aim to offer seems staggering.

Further, new leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S11+ will come with a massive 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with support for 120Hz refresh rate. We are also expecting a thinner bezel on the top of the display as well to make sure that the form factor of the device isn’t bigger than its predecessors.

As for the camera setup, the Samsung Galaxy S11+ seems to have the same black-housing with huge-bump but the main difference is the size. It is now bigger and hopefully better and will housing five camera sensors, main being 108-megapixel.

Samsung’s Galaxy S11 series smartphones should comes powered by the Samsung Exynos 990 processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, depending on the region of availability. The device is also expected to pack quite a big battery to power its huge display along with support for wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.

If the reports are to be believed, then Samsung is all set to launch these upcoming Galaxy S-series flagship smartphones on 11th February, which is earlier than the usual pre-MWC unveiling at the Samsung “Unboxed” event.
