It’s that time of the year when companies flood the market with flagship smartphones. Last month, we predicted that a few of the gaming devices would arrive early but they missed the Feb launch time frame. However, many of them have confirmed their arrival in March and now we are back with the Upcoming Smartphones: March 2021 edition.
As usual, we have a variety of launches scheduled from Asus, Redmi, realme, Nubia, Meizu, OPPO, OnePlus, and more.
Let’s take a look a quick look at the list of confirmed/expected smartphone launches for this month.
6Redmi Note 10 series
Xiaomi has already confirmed that it will bring the Redmi Note 10 series to India and other Global markets on March 4. The series will likely have three devices- Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.
As for Specs, the base Redmi Note 10 will likely feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED DotDisplay, Snapdragon 678 chipset, 48MP Quad cameras, 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging. The ‘Pro’ and ‘Pro Max’ models are expected to feature a Snapdragon 732G 4G and Snapdragon 768G 5G chipsets respectively.
Other expected features of the Redmi Note 10 Pro would be 64MP quad-cameras, 5,050mAh battery, 6/8GB RAM, 64/128GB storage. It’s not clear if the ‘Pro Max’ will opt for an LCD panel to cut down the costs as the device is likely to boast 5G connectivity support, a huge 108MP camera sensor, 120Hz refresh rate display.
The Note 10 series will probably have the dual-speakers, IR blaster, 3.5mm audio jack, run MIUI 12 based on Android 11. The base variant will get White, Green, and Black colors while the Note 10 Pro will get Blue, Bronze, and Gray, and the top-of-the-line Pro Max Blue, Black, and Bronze options.
