The Realme GT Neo is set to go official on March 31 in China. Ahead of the launch, the smartphone has paid a visit to the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The listing reveals that the smartphone will be available in a 12 GB RAM variant.

The Realme RMX3031 handset that has appeared on Geekbench today is the Realme GT Neo smartphone. The 6 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM variants of the handset were seen at Geekbench earlier this month. As can be seen in the screenshot below, the GT Neo may also arrive in a 12 GB RAM version.

As it is already known, the Realme GT Neo is powered by the Dimensity 1200 chipset and it runs on Android 11 OS. The 12 GB RAM variant of the smartphone scored 975 in the single-core test and 3320 in the multi-core test of Geekbench.

Ahead of the launch, Realme is gradually revealing the key feature of the Realme GT Neo. Today, it confirmed that the smartphone will come equipped with dual stereo speakers coupled with Dolby Atmos support.

The company also confirmed that the device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery and it weighs only 179 grams. The official images of the phone have revealed that it is equipped with a 64-megapixel triple camera system, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a USB-C port. The other details of the smartphone are yet to be confirmed.

Apart from the Realme GT Neo, the company will be also unleashing the Realme V13 5G on March 31 in China. Reports have revealed that the V13 5G will offer specs like a 6.52-inch IPS LCD 90Hz display, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 48-megapixel triple camera system, Dimensity 700 chipset, 8 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
