Samsung has announced the release of its impressive and affordable robot vacuum cleaners, the Samsung Jet Bot series for the European market. The Jet Bot series starts at 499 Euros for the base model, which is affordable but the premium variant is way higher (1,499 Euros). This is coming several months after the products were first unveiled at CES in January. The Jet Bot AI was also launched in South Korea last month. Samsung is increasingly releasing some of its offerings in the Home Appliances segment to its Korean customers before a global rollout is factored in.

There are three versions of the Jet Bot series, and they offer slightly different features. The JetBot 80 is the base model and will cost European customers 499 Euros. The JetBot 80+ is an improved version and will retail in Europe for 699 Euros. Finally, the premium JetBot 95 AI+ carries a steep 1,499 Euro price tag. Samsung JetBot 80

The JetBot 80 does not have a suction station with built-in bags and lacks support for artificial intelligence, as present in the JetBot 95 AI+. The suction station is also present in the JetBot 80+.

One of the major standout features of the Jet Bot vacuum cleaner is its retractable LiDAR sensor, which could stand the gadget out among its potential competitors like Roborock and Dyson. The LiDAR feature makes it possible for the robot vacuum cleaners to effectively map the cleaning environment in a detailed manner and navigate through corners and other difficult areas for a good cleaning exercise.

Another important feature available in the more expensive JetBot 95 AI+ model is the ability to effectively identify different objects like pets and people in navigating through the environment. It is therefore primed to give a comprehensive cleaning of your room or any other area.

The JetBot series also have app support from Samsung’s SmartThings app, which can help users specify and organize the cleaning task to suit the user’s desires. All three models will be available this month in Europe.
