Last week, Xiaomi celebrated its 7th anniversary in India by hosting a special sale across multiple retailers in the country. A few days later, the company now reveals that it has clocked a large amount in sales throughout these five days. Celebrating the success, the firm even showcased one of its cool products, which is not sold in the country.
For those unaware, Xiaomi ran its Mi Anniversary Sale 2021 in India from July 12 till July 16. We had even compiled a list of best deals to help out our readers.
According to an official statement from the company, it clocked sales worth ₹1,000 crores during this period. The Mi 11X series, Mi 10i, Redmi Note 10, Redmi 9 Power, Redmi 9, and Redmi 9A were some of the best-selling devices.
As a whole, Xiaomi India sold over a million units of smartphones, smart TVs, and ecosystem products during the Mi Anniversary Sale 2021. The data comprises sales from Mi.com, Mi Home retail stores, Amazon India, Flipkart, and partner retailers.
Additionally, the company is celebrating the success of its 7th anniversary in the county by showcasing Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Edition. This product is sold in markets like Europe for around €799.
Xiaomi India has no plans to sell it in the region but interested people can check it out at select MiHome retail stores across the country.
