Benchmarking outfit AnTuTu has released the latest Android smartphone performance ranking for the month of July 2021. The Black Shark 4 Pro gaming phone reclaimed the number one spot from the Nubia Red Magic 6 which held sway in June 2021. AnTuTu

The Black Shark 4 Pro gaming phone has an average score of 854,439 points to reclaim the top spot. The score is a reflection of the top performance of the flagship gaming phone which is a result of the Snapdragon 888 chipset onboard as well as SSD+UFS 3.1 flash memory.

The Red Magic 6 Pro gaming phone followed closely in second place with an average score of 831163. The device has a built-in real small fan that can give full play to the performance of the Snapdragon 888.

It should be noted that the other models on the list are also Snapdragon 888-powered models. They including the OnePlus 9 Pro, OPPO Find X3 Pro, realme GT, OnePlus 9, vivo X60 Pro+, iQOO 7, Meizu 18, and Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra completing the top 10.AnTuTu

In the mid-range segment, the Snapdragon 780G-powered Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite maintained its lead of the segment with an average score of 531960. The second and third places are the Honor 50 series, both of which are equipped with the Snapdragon 778G processor. Also in the top 10 are OPPO Reno 6 5G, Redmi 10X 5G, realme Q3 Pro Carnival Edition, OPPO K9 5G, iQOO Z3, Huawei nova 8 Pro, and Huawei nova 8.

It should be noted that the statistics are from July 1st to July 31st, 2021. The scores attributed to the models are the average score and not necessarily the highest.
