Vivo has silently unveiled a new mid-range phone called the Vivo Y77e 5G. In July, the Chinese manufacturer released the Dimensity 930 powered Vivo Y77 5G. The Vivo Y77e 5G that has gone official now in the home market is equipped with the Dimensity 810 chip. Here is all the information on the other specifications, features, and price of the Y77e.

The Vivo Y77e 5G has a 6.58-inch AMOLED display with a teardrop notch. The screen offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, a 20.07:9 aspect ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The device comes preloaded with the OriginOS Ocean UI-based Android 12 OS. For security, it features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the Vivo Y77e 5G has the Dimensity 810 chipset. It offers 6 GB / 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB /256 GB of internal storage. For additional storage, the device is equipped with a microSD card slot. It has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (macro) dual-camera setup.
There is a 5,000mAh battery packed inside the Vivo Y77e 5G, which carries support for 18W charging. On the connectivity front, the Y77e 5G offers features like dual-SIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset measures 164 x 75.84 x 8.25mm and weighs around 194 grams.

The Vivo Y77e 5G with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage is priced at 1,699 Yuan (~$252). The phone comes in two other options: 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, but their prices are not confirmed yet. The device comes in three colors: Crystal Black, Crystal Powder (pink), and Summer Listening to the Sea (blue).
