iQOO has launched its dedicated community forum called ‘iQOO Connect’ in India today. It was in beta testing since April this year. The platform is similar to other forums like Realme, OnePlus, OPPO etc. During the iQOO Connect beta phase, the Vivo sub-brand ran multiple contests, engaging activities and content sharing. iQOO had on-ground sessions with the brand and product teams for direct engagement and meaningful feedback while also understanding the consumers. Now, the iQOO Connect community is open to all users. Currently, there are 5,000+ signed-up users out of which 10 are shortlisted as moderators to help with the overall experience.

iQOO Connect is a platform where the brand’s users can connect and chat about smartphones and related topics. It will allow users to collaborate, learn about innovation, provide feedback, create experiences and connect with the brand more closely. The community forum will also be a place for sharing the latest company updates, e-sports, sale alerts, exclusive offers and invitations to special events.

Commenting on the launch, iQOO India CEO Nipun Maurya said “As a growing brand, customer centricity is at our core and to empower our consumers, we have introduced our community forum – ‘iQOO Connect’. Through the community, we intend to drive the iQOO culture of interaction, reciprocation, belongingness and interdependence”.

For users who want to be a part of the iQOO Connect community forum, they can head to this link. There’s a personal account icon at the top right corner and users can choose the sign-in / registration option. Users will be taken to the next page where they can perform the appropriate action.
