At the CES 2024 tech exhibition, Infinix showcased the E-Color Shift, which is the company’s latest breakthrough technology. E-Color Shift allows the rear panels of smartphones to change and maintain vibrant colors without consuming power. In addition, Infinix also showcased its AirCharge and Extreme-Temp Battery concept devices at CES 2024.

E-Color Shift technology, featuring E-Ink Prism 3, transforms smartphone personalization by allowing extensive customization of the back panel. This technology uses microstructures where color particles carry positive and negative charges, enabling the phone’s shell to change ‘skins’ at will, maintaining the display without consuming power.

The AirCharge technology showcased at CES 2024 makes use of multi-coil magnetic resonance and adaptive algorithms, enabling wireless charging at distances of up to 20 cm and at various angles, including a 60-degree orientation. Prioritizing user safety, the system operates at frequencies below 6.78 MHz and delivers 7.5W power, incorporating protective circuits to ensure a secure charging experience.

Infinix’s Extreme-Temp Battery addresses the issue of mobile phone battery failure in extreme cold by operating seamlessly even in temperatures as low as -40°C. Moreover, Infinix has introduced the Infinix Carpool Show, a platform where tech and lifestyle influencers delve into emerging mobile charging technologies while en route to CES 2024. This series is set to be unveiled on Infinix’s official global social media platforms in alignment with CES week.

Commenting on the company’s latest announcement at CES 2024, Liang Zhang, Deputy General Manager at Infinix Mobility, said, “At Infinix, we are committed to providing user-centric solutions to Gen Z consumers worldwide. We are exploring further customization possibilities through a software application, enabling up to 60 customizable areas on the hardware with each area supporting various colors.”
