iQOO is gearing up to debut the iQOO Neo 10 series of smartphones in China soon. The series is said to feature two models, the iQOO Neo 10 and the Neo 10 Pro. So far, the Neo 10 is said to be powered by last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor from Qualcomm, while the Pro model will feature the cutting-edge MediaTek Dimensity 9400.

Ahead of the official launch, which is set for November 29, 2024, the brand has revealed the performance numbers of the Neo 10 Pro model. As per a recent post via iQOO’s official Weibo handle, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro has challenged the highest Android score of 3.2 million on AnTuTu with the device scoring 3,204,156 points. The brand has also confirmed that the device uses LPDDR5X Ultra (9600Mbps) RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. While this score is likely due to ideal scenarios, users can expect a massive performance boost in real-life scenarios when compared to last year’s Neo model.

The device was also recently spotted on Geekbench 6, alongside the Neo 10 model, scoring 2914 points in the single-core test and 9300 points on the multi-core test. The brand has recently confirmed that the Neo 10 series will offer the Sony IMX921 camera sensor found in Vivo X200. It is expected to offer an 8T LTPO display panel with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.
The series is also expected to house a massive 6,100mAh silicon carbon anode battery, paired with 120W flash charging. Despite the large battery, the device is said to remain quite slim, measuring just 7.99mm thick and weighing 199 grams. Another massive upgrade coming to the Neo lineup is the ultrasonic fingerprint scanners, which will replace the optical fingerprint scanner of the iQOO Neo 9 series, providing “one-swipe unlocking”.
For further details, we will have to wait for the official launch on November 29. In the meantime, you can check out our previous coverage of the camera samples of the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro.
