Honor recently unveiled its new number series phones, the Honor 300 Pro and Honor 300 Ultra. While both phones target the high-end market, a closer look at them reveals they are surprisingly similar. So this begs the question whether the Ultra model justifies its higher price.
Here’s why the Honor 300 Ultra might not make much sense when the 300 Pro offers nearly identical specifications at a significantly lower cost.

Battery and Charging
Battery capacity and charging speeds are identical across both models. Both phones feature a 5300mAh battery with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. This translates to a 59% charge in 15 minutes for wired charging, and 39% for wireless, according to Honor’s claims.
Reverse charging capabilities are also identical, making it hard to justify paying extra for the Ultra based on battery or charging features.
