My home doesn’t have a perfectly empty wall, so depending on where I’m projecting, I can choose to watch on a screen size of around 55 inches for a cosy setup or scale up to a 120-inch TV-like big-screen movie experience.
The certified Netflix app is a game-changer for someone like me who doesn’t watch often but craves a seamless streaming experience when I do. Being able to access Netflix directly from the projector, with full HDR compatibility, means I don’t need extra devices or complicated setups. The Google TV platform also offers access to thousands of apps, including YouTube, Fancode, Prime Video, and Disney+, giving me plenty of options for those rare moments when I can indulge in a movie.
The built-in 6-watt Dolby Audio speakers (3W x 2) deliver surprisingly clear and robust sound for a projector of this size. However, the audio is adequate only when there’s pin-drop silence in the room while watching. For an enhanced audio experience, especially in less quiet environments, you can easily connect a Bluetooth speaker, which pairs seamlessly to deliver richer sound. I’ve found this flexibility perfect for tailoring the audio to my viewing setup. For the best viewing experience, having a dark room will be ideal.
