The Oppo A77 is powered by MediaTek MT6750T processor and it comes with an ARM Mali-T860 MP2 650MHz GPU. The phone offers 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of expandable onboard storage. It also supports external memory up to 256GB using SIM 2 slot. The A77 offers front-mounted fingerprint scanner, ambient light, accelerometer and proximity sensor.
