Korean tech giant LG Electronics has released a set of products in the health and hygiene sector for the Indian market. They are the 2021 range of LG Purifiers and Charcoal Microwave Ovens and both sets of products reflect the goal of the company to help consumers engender a healthier lifestyle.

With certification by the Heart Care Foundation of India, the new range of water purifiers will guarantee health-friendly drinkable water. The water purifiers are headlined with the new RO recovery plus filter which helps recover more than 60% water, and the 2-in-1 feature ensures hygienically pure and clean water for drinking and washing fruits or vegetables. The stainless-steel storage tank is an air-tight enclosure and is capable of maintaining the freshness of the water more hygienically than conventional purifiers. It also has digital sterilizing care functionality for better handling of the purification process.

The Charcoal Microwave Oven is customized to meet Indian needs and features some India-centric functionality that will excite much of the market. There is the Charcoal Lighting Heater mode, Diet Fry, and the Indian Roti Basket, among others. The microwave oven is a decent addition to the kitchen, providing much variety and speed in cooking. In terms of capacity, the Charcoal Microwave Oven ranges from 28L to 32L. There are 30 Healthy Heart Recipes available for preparation using the Charcoal Microwave oven. These recipes have been certified by the Heart Care Foundation of India as Heart-friendly.

The range of LG water purifiers in India is priced between Rs. 28,290 ($384) and Rs. 35,490 ($482), while the Charcoal microwave oven starts at Rs. 22,490 ($305). More details about online and offline stores that will retail these new products will be provided subsequently.
