Motorola is expected to announce two flagship phones in December in China. It appears that these devices could be the Moto Edge S30 and Edge X smartphones. Both models have received certification from the TENAA authority of China.
Moto Edge S30 specifications
The Motorola phone with XT2175-2 model number that has appeared at TENAA is expected to launch as the Moto Edge S30. This phone is likely to release in global markets with the Moto G200 moniker. The device measures 168 x 75.5 x 8.8mm and weighs 202 grams. It has a 6.78-inch LCD FHD+ display that reportedly supports a 144Hz refresh rate. It seems to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset and 6 GB / 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM. It is expected to arrive in 64 GB / 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB storage choices.
The Edge S30 rear side features a 108-megapixel triple camera unit. It is equipped with other features like a 4,700mAh battery, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and Android 11. Its 3C certification has suggested that it may carry support for 33W fast charging.
Moto Edge X specifications
The Motorola handset with XT2201-2 model number that has been certified by TENAA is expected to launch in China with the Moto Edge X moniker. It is likely to be called Motorola Edge 30 Ultra in other markets. The smartphone measures 163 x 75.49 x 8.4mm and weighs 201 grams. It houses a 6.67-inch OLED screen that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is likely to debut as one of the first phones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset. It will be assisted by 6 GB / 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage.
The device features a 60-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. It has other features such as a 4,700mAh rated battery, 68W fast charging, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and Android 11 OS.
