A recent leak revealed that Xiaomi 13 series will come powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. This chipset is expected to be revealed in November, so we will likely see the Xiaomi 13 series debut around November as well. The device will likely reach the global markets early next year.

According to reports, Xiaomi will introduce its 13 series of smartphones with a single-cell battery and a self-developed charging IC that supports 50W wireless charging and 100W rapid charging.
