1byone Universal Adjustable Bike Mount Review: VIDEO

This mount comes in two pieces – one is a phone cradle and another is the mounting bracket.

A cool thing is that the smartphone cradle’s size is adjustable and it can fit phones or GPS units up to 5.5”.

It is made of plastic and has rubber pads in each corner and on the base to protect your phone. Also, there is an extra band, which goes around the device for extra protection.

The mounting cradle is made almost entirely of metal and it is very high quality.

You can adjust the size of the mounting hole and the angle of the mount and all of that is done by using the metal made knobs.

If you give a good screw to it, the mounting mechanism sits very tight and it does not move at all.

When it comes to the actual use of this bike mount, it seems to be reliable. The mount doesn’t move when riding the bike on not even surfaces and various bumps. The same can be said about the phone.  Also, you can rotate the cradle in 360 degrees, so can get the best possible angle.

All in all, the 1byone universal bike mount seems to be a decent offering considering the overall built quality of this device. The cradle part is made of quality plastic and rubber, the mounting bracket is made of metal and the whole implementation seems to be working fine and it is a reliable solution to mount your smartphone on the bicycle.
