QCY has unveiled their latest true wireless earbuds (TWS), the MeloBuds Pro, featuring adaptive active noise cancellation. The earbuds are priced at 199 yuan ($27) and it is now up for pre-order on JD.com. Let’s check out its key specs.

The QCY MeloBuds Pro boasts adaptive ANC that can reach up to 46dB of noise reduction. This technology intelligently adjusts the level of noise cancellation based on your surroundings, ensuring optimal performance in various environments.
The earbuds come equipped with Hi-Res audio certification and LDAC audio transmission protocol. LDAC supports a bitrate of up to 990kbps and a high sampling rate of 96kHz/24bit, promising a detailed and immersive listening experience. However, keep in mind that LDAC compatibility requires both the earbuds and the playback device to support the technology. Additionally, using LDAC may increase power consumption and reduce battery life.
For those who need to stay aware of their surroundings, the MeloBuds Pro offers a transparency mode with adjustable levels. This allows you to hear ambient sounds without taking the earbuds off. Furthermore, the earbuds feature six microphones with call noise reduction technology to ensure clear voice calls even in noisy environments.
The earbuds feature 360° spatial surround sound that simulates a theater-like listening experience. They utilize a self-developed spatial sound algorithm to create a sense of direction and depth for the audio.
The QCY MeloBuds Pro offers a decent battery life of up to 8.5 hours per charge with ANC off, extending to 34 hours with the charging case. With ANC enabled, the playtime drops to 7.5 hours per charge, with a total of 30 hours with the case. The TWS earbuds support fast charging, providing an additional hour of playback time with just a 10-minute charge.
Additionally, the MeloBuds Pro supports a multi-point connection for seamless switching between two devices, in-ear detection for automatic music playback control, a low-latency mode of 80ms ideal for gaming, and an IPX5 water resistance rating. The earphones are available in three colors: black, white, and gold.
