The Vivo S20 Pro features a premium build with a glass front and back, complemented by a plastic frame. It is IP68/IP69K certified for dust and water resistance, able to withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The phone supports dual Nano-SIM cards and offers a sleek 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors and a 120Hz refresh rate.
With a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels, it provides sharp visuals with a pixel density of about 460 ppi. The device runs on Android 15, with OriginOS 5, and is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, paired with an octa-core processor (1×3.25 GHz Cortex-X4, 3×2.85 GHz Cortex-X4, and 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A720) and the Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU.
The Vivo S20 Pro features a triple rear camera setup: a 50 MP wide-angle lens with PDAF and OIS, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide lens.
It supports 4K video recording at 30fps and has a 50 MP front camera with autofocus and 4K video capabilities. The device is equipped with stereo speakers and has a 5500 mAh non-removable battery, supporting 90W wired fast charging and reverse wired charging. The phone also offers NFC, infrared, and USB Type-C connectivity.
