The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 was officially announced on July 9, 2025.
This compact foldable phone features an Armor aluminum frame with IP48 dust and water resistance (1.5 m for 30 min). Unfolded dimensions are 166.7 × 75.2 × 6.5 mm; folded: 85.5 × 75.2 × 13.7 mm, with a weight of 188 g. The main display is a 6.9″ Foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel (120 Hz, HDR10+, 2600 nits peak, 1080 × 2520 pixels).
The cover display is 4.1″ Super AMOLED (120 Hz, 948 × 1048, Gorilla Glass Victus 2). Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 runs Android 16 (One UI 8) with 7 major OS upgrades, powered by a 3 nm Exynos 2500 with a 10-core CPU and Xclipse 950 GPU. Storage options include 256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 with 12GB RAM. The dual rear cameras feature a 50 MP wide lens with OIS and a 12 MP 123˚ ultrawide, supporting 4K HDR10+ video.
The 10 MP selfie camera offers 4K video. Audio includes stereo speakers with 32-bit/384 kHz support. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C 3.2. Extras include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Samsung DeX support, and “Circle to Search.” The 4300 mAh battery supports 25W wired, 15W wireless, and 4.5W reverse charging. Available colors: Blue Shadow, Jet Black, Coral Red, and Mint.
