This compact mobile device features dimensions of 121.5 x 50 x 14.4 mm and weighs 94.5 g. It supports Nano-SIM and is IP54 rated for dust and splash resistance. The 1.8-inch IPS LCD display offers a resolution of 120 x 160 pixels, providing a pixel density of ~111 ppi. The device includes 48MB of internal storage paired with 128MB of RAM, and supports microSDHC cards for expanded memory.

The main camera is a QVGA sensor, capable of video recording. There is no selfie camera. For audio, Nokia 110 4G 2nd Edition has a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack.
