Xiaomi 15 Ultra has not been officially announced yet. The specs mentioned below are based on rumors.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 3000 nits peak brightness. It runs on Android 15 with HyperOS and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) chipset with an octa-core CPU (2×4.32 GHz + 6×3.53 GHz) and Adreno 830 GPU. Storage options include 256GB to 1TB (UFS 4.0) with 12GB/16GB RAM, but no card slot.
The quad-camera setup features a 50 MP main sensor (1-inch type) with OIS, a 50 MP telephoto lens (3.2x optical zoom), a 200 MP periscope telephoto (4.3x optical zoom), a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a TOF 3D depth sensor. It supports 8K/4K video recording, Dolby Vision HDR, and Leica optics. The 32 MP selfie camera records 4K@60fps.
Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR port, and USB-C 3.2 with DisplayPort. The 5500 mAh battery supports 120W wired, 80W wireless, and 10W reverse wireless charging. It also has stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, two-way satellite communication, and advanced positioning with NavIC support.
