Xiaomi has introduced the Smart Speaker Pro, an AI-powered speaker with the Super Xiao AI voice assistant, priced at 299 yuan ($41). It debuted alongside the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro at the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and SU7 Ultra launch event.

The Xiaomi Smart Speaker Pro features Super Xiao AI with an advanced language model for natural, multi-turn conversations and context retention. Users can issue continuous voice commands without repeating wake words, while a triple-microphone array ensures accurate recognition. It supports dynamic semantic inheritance, enabling contextual memory for complex queries, planning assistance, and text generation.
It comes with a 2.5-inch full-range speaker unit, supported by dual passive radiators, producing a powerful 12W output. The sound system is designed to deliver crisp highs, rich mids, and deep bass, ensuring a well-balanced audio experience. The speaker also supports stereo pairing, allowing users to connect two units for an immersive surround sound setup. Additionally, it features a dynamic light band that synchronizes with music playback, enhancing the listening experience with a visually engaging element.
