Acer has introduced the 2025 Go Air, an ultra-thin notebook designed for professionals seeking a Windows alternative to the MacBook Air. Weighing just 999 grams and offering up to 12 hours of battery life, it balances portability with reliable performance. The laptop is powered by Intel’s latest Core 200H processors and features a 14-inch 2.2K display.

The laptop has a 14-inch IPS matte screen that offers a 2240 × 1400 resolution, full sRGB color coverage, and DC dimming to reduce eye strain. With a 16:10 aspect ratio and an 88% screen-to-body ratio, it’s built for productivity, while the 180-degree hinge makes it easier to share your screen. Acer also highlights the anti-glare panel as a key feature for comfortable indoor and outdoor use.

Under the hood, the Go Air comes with 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. It runs on either the Core 5 210H (with four performance cores) or the Core 7 240H (with six performance cores), both cooled by dual 6mm heat pipes and large fans. Despite its slim design, it still includes three Type-C ports (one data-only, one fully functional), HDMI 2.0, USB-A, and a headphone jack—more connectivity than most ultraportables.
The Go Air starts at 5,299 yuan ($730) for the Core 5 model and 5,699 yuan ($785) for the Core 7. It’s positioned as a premium mid-range option, with a 60Wh battery and Wi-Fi 6 support rounding out the package. It remains uncertain if or when an international version of the notebook will be released.
