Earlier this week, Vivo’s product manager released a Weibo post showcasing the design of the upcoming Vivo X200S for the first time. Today, he published a new Weibo post revealing the phone’s display, chipset, and charging features. For those who don’t know, the X200S will arrive as an upgraded version of the Vivo X200, which debuted in October 2024.
Vivo X200S key specifications confirmed

The Vivo X200S will feature the Dimensity 9400 Plus, an enhanced version of the Dimensity 9400 with a clock speed increase to 3.7GHz. The X200S will support bypass charging and wireless charging, which are absent on the X200.
One of the key highlights of the device is its bypass charging system. This feature allows power to be directly supplied to the phone during charging, reducing battery wear and minimizing heat generation. The phone is expected to support 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Vivo X200S will feature a flat BOE Q10 display with a uniform bezel design. It will also introduce an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for improved unlocking speed and accuracy. In comparison, the X200 has a micro-quad-curved screen.
Rumours suggest that the X200S may ship with a 6,000mAh battery. For photography, the Vivo X200S is likely to retain the X200’s camera setup, featuring a 50-megapixel IMX921 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
